We call this apartment EP2.

This apartment is located in a beautiful Bauhaus building, with access to a green, roof top garden that also offers a view of the Parthenon.

The apartment has a bedroom, a kitchen and a marble en suite bathroom. The king size bed can be set up as two singles. Two more people sleep in the living room (two sofas that make comfortable single beds).

Free WiFi, A/C, laundry facilities and TV.

Apartment EP2 is located on the first floor. Access to the apartment is made by a beautiful marble and to the roof top by an iron stair case.

This apartment is located in Psirri, minutes’ walk away from Monastiraki and Plaka.
Monastiraki station serves the Athens International airport and the port of Piraeus.
Plaka is the heart of Athens historical city centre, where most main monuments are located.
Psirri is a place where you still find lovely artisan shops such as candle making and leather workshops. It has great restaurants, cafes and art spaces.
You will also find grocery stores, bakeries and the Athens Central Food Market, the famous Varvakios Agora.
Walking around Psirri can be deceiving as it has many old buildings and lots of street art. The street art scene has produced many outstanding artists and their work is widely photographed and admired.
The artisan shops, the residents who greet each other by their first names and the visitors create a place of unique character.

• We are happy to provide flexible check in and checkout times, so just let us know when you would like to arrive and depart and we will do our best to satisfy your requests. Please note that depending on availability check in will be by 3pm and check out is by 11am.
• For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 we recommend to use our reliable taxi drivers who will pick you up at the airport and check you into the apartment. The cost is 45 Euros up until 23:00 and 60 Euros between 23:00 and 05:00. (mini van for larger groups also available).
Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, one of our staff will welcome you at the apartment. There is a late check-in fee of 20 Euros, which you need to pay upon arrival.

Best place to stay in Athens!!

I honestly can't say enough good things about the apartment and the folks at Boutique Athens! Before we even made it to Athens, Lia and Costas were making sure our stay was as amazing as possible. The customer service is absolutely unbeatable. Our flights changed at the last minute, and Costas was able to change our pick up arrangements at the last minute. (On a side note, definitely allow Costas to book you the taxi to and from the apartment - it saves time, money, and extra stress). When we arrived, Lia met us at the apartment to give us a tour of the apartment and the private area on the roof. After the apartment tour, Lia made time to show us around the neighborhood and show us some of her favorite places to go (tip: make sure to listen - the restaurants and bakeries she pointed out were amazing). Lia went above and beyond, especially since she moved around her schedule to meet us since our flights were changed. I was so impressed by Lia as a host and as a person in general. As for the apartment, we couldn't have picked a nicer or better located place! We could walk to pretty much anything we wanted to see in Athens, the restaurants in the neighborhood were fantastic, and it was neat to see the older lady in the building next the apartment working with garlic. The entire apartment looked contemporary and recently renovated. The size was perfect for two people and the roof made for a good view of Acropolis at night! Like I said before, I can't say enough good things about the apartment and Boutique Athens. I have already recommended this apartment to my parents and in-laws as a summer destination spot and I recommend it to everyone else! Oh and the price was very decent for the city and the service!

cute apartment, great location.

We were very pleased with our stay at this great apartment. The manager, Lia was extremely helpful and informative. The apartment itself had everything we required for our stay. We enjoyed the rooftop garden daily and were very pleased with the location. The apartment was clean and quaint with no issues.

Enjoyed our stay

we just stayed in these apartments for a few days. we were very presently surprised. the apartment had a very large marble bathroom with huge shower...which we loved. the beds were large and firm and dressed with 100% linen sheets and beautiful duvets. the area is in the very centre with easy access to the acropolis and all the ancient sites of athens our favourite local spot was the bakery with the "dog station" outside....you will have to see for yourself stay here if you can.

"garden appartment" -- zu viel versprochen

das als garden-appartment bezeichnete appartment hat leider keinen direkten zugang zum garten , und ist durch die zum dachgarten führende wendeltreppe so dunkel, daß auch tagsüber die übrigens zum lesen nicht geeigneten lampen eingeschaltet werden müssen. "Akropolisblick von der dachterasse? man sieht von der äußersten ecke aus grade mal das obere drtittel der säulen des parthenon tempels. naja! nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen für ältere leute , die nicht den ganzen tag sightseeing machen können und auch keine lust haben, nur in cafés gemütlich rumsitzen zu können. schade, bisher hatten wir immer glück mit im internet gefundenen ferien -wohnungen . diesmal war`s eben nur ok mit abstrichen, die wir -- wegen des preis-Leistungsverhältnisses eben nur mit humor hinnehmen konnten
