It has undergone continued refurbishment over the past few years. With 2 terraces enjoying full summer and winter sun throughout the day. The property is beautifully furnished with a spacious lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and appliances, guest bathroom and en suite to master bedroom. gorgeous high quality villa rental

my husband and our 3 children (16, 13 and 10) had a great time at the La Manga Club resort in this lovely, spacious and comfortable villa. on arrival the villa was very clean and we were very impressed with the decor and views over Mar Menor from the large terrace. The bedrooms are really sizable lots of cupboard space and generally the villa had everything you could want. The shared pool is very close by and it is a short walk up to the lively belaluz square (where we liked El Bistro) or down to the strip (the Tapas BAr and Last Drop are a must). we hired a car and visited La Cala and Portman beaches as well as several golf resorts and the go-karting which suited our kids perfectly. The best meal of our hoiday was in La Rusticana which is just outside the la manga and does amazing steaks

Myself, my husband and our 2 daughters aged 6 & 7 have just returned from this villa,my parents should have joined us but due to ill health they couldn't make it. We loved the villa, we stayed in El rancho last year but this year we needed something bigger for my parents and we really wanted a large verranda with a view and this did not dissapoint. The open plan living area was very nice, light and airy and the seating comfortable. The swimming pool was close by which helps with small children needing to pop back and forth. Bedrooms and bathrooms all spacious. I would definately recommend this property. The owner also very easy to deal with, I was notified when my balence was due, I was late in paying my balence due to being preoccupied with things going wrong at home but this didn't cause me a problem with regard to the booking.

a nice villa in general with a great terrace

however when we arrived the main bedroom was locked and although we did not need a third bedroom this meant we had only one bathroom for our family

the villa was generally clean but had half used toileteries around and out of date food in the kitchen

on booking the villa we paid the deposit but were not sent a reminder for the balance to be paid - when we contacted the owner 3/4 days late to arrange payment we were informed it might already have been let to someone else and we would lose our deposit (luckily it had not been re-let) - having used holiday-rentals many times we have always been sent a payment reminder

in general this is not a bad villa but having paid for a three bedroom two bathroom villa we only got a two bedroom one bathroom place which we could have got cheaper - the payment problems also made this a more stressfull rental than any previous one we have made

Owner's Response: The villa was not offered as 3 bedroom rental stay as when the enquiry was submitted we always ask how many quests are staying and this is reflected in the rental cost with our response as it is not,cost effective to launder and make up an additional bedroom. We have recently spent several thousand euros on redecorating the whole of the internal rooms of the villa, new soft furnishings and also all new bedroom furniture and upgrading where necessary with new water heaters, TV patio furniture etc. Also we do advise in our initial offer letter to all clients the terms and conditions of payment. With an initial deposit non refundable to book the villa and then final payment 4 weeks prior to arrival. This we believe is for the renter to know when the payment is due as we have a busy schedule throughout the year. With regards to other items relating to the review, as this is our second home we have our own cupboard for food provisions and find it strange that this is the only renter that has picked up on us having out of date tins or provisions in this cupboard. There is also a drinks cabinet and again on our initial offer we advise renters and potential clients that they are welcome to use any of our home comforts so long as they replace them. We were the last people in the villa prior to the rental and we checked that all is in order before we came home. We have never had any complaints previously and even had people return as they found it a villa that was like home from home! Thank you Darren Parker

Golf: There is a PAR 47 within in a 5 min walk for all the practice you need. It is an 18 hole pitch and putt course which has been designed and winds it way through the Villa complex of La Quinta Club & Haciendo de Golf.

There are the three campionship golf courses available to play South, North & West Course and with the villa having sports rights you will receive discounted green fees with a letter from the owner to confirm you are a resident and can be pre-booked.
