Villa summer holiday rental, especially indicate for families, couples or naturists.
Villa Can Rafalet is on the private hill, with 400m2 areas of private parking / boat parking, automatic gate with overall living areas (inside+outside) around 650m2 and are as follows:
EXTERNAL SPACE AREA AROUND 500m2:
TERRACE: Very big and sunny area (dimensions around 350m²), it is completely covered in natural stones, and has a private swimming pool illuminated by night for 4 hours (dimensions max 12mt x 5,5mt and depth from 45cm until 195cm), 6 woods sunbeds, 2 deck-chairs and 6 chairs
From any place in the terrace you can appreciate a panoramic view towards the mountains and all over the natural park. There is a teak adjustable table (220cm x 75cm for 6-10 people) with 6 chairs, 2 deck-chairs, and a set of cushions.
The Parasol is very big, 3mt of diameter and its covered in palm tree leaves (or similar), and down of it the with mini stone table.
In the small wooden house you can store the cushions, the umbrella and the rest of the things during the night.
In front of it, there is the professional ping pong table; it has a full set with 4 paddles and 4 balls.
In there you will also find 2 gas cylinders for the kitchen (if you finish one of them during the stay just close it and open the other one).
To complete this area there are 4 plug-ins, 5 exterior lamps and behind wood house there is 30m2 of vegetable garden with vegetables and aromatic plants; Automatic irrigation for all the terrace area and vegetable garden area (best privacy for our guest).
GARDEN WITH CHILLOUT AREA:
40m2 of high quality synthetic grass with 4 puffs xl (75cm diameter) and 2 puffs beds (180cm x 140cm) covered in white faux leather and a padded table 60cm x 50cm also all covered in imitation leather with two white parasols covered palm leaves a diameter of 2 mt each. The illumination of this area is made by tube of silicone for the entire diameter of parasols with control switches.
BARBECUE AREA:
Shade under 2 umbrellas and adjacent to the terrace area to find total size of about 40m², where there is a barbecue size 100cm x 50cm with stainless steel grid pure (antioxidant) size 80cm x 40cm height adjustable as needed with a mechanical system...turns a crank and raises or lowers, thus avoiding burns due to handling of the grid.
Below are the accessories, such as steel pliers, shovel, brush, etc..The sink size is 40cm diameter mounted on a shelf lined with refractory brick and tile cottage size 150cm x 40cm with shelf masonry where there are detergents and soaps.
A bench invites you to relax while cooking. Down the small staircase leads to the dining area, consisting of a solid wood table size 230cm x 130cm with 4 benches with capacity for 8-14 people; 3500 kg of white gravel are the ground throughout the barbecue area.
PORTICO AREA:
Very ventilate area (total dimensions around 40m²) it has a wood table (200cm x 100cm adjustable) with 6 chairs in oak and leather.
In front in the wall there is an electronic game of darts, under it a shoe rack with capacity for 15 pair of shoes and 3 pairs of high heels (total dimensions 140cm x 80cm x 25cm)
The pool table is an original one, 2mt x 1mt made at hand and it has all the accessories needed, with 3 interchangeable cues.
The illumination is composed by 8 wall lamps that guarantee an excellent lightness.
The area is covered in natural stone, and the arcs are made in wayward bricks.
LAUNDRY ROOM AND DRY CLOTHES AREA
(dimensions aprox. 30m2) offers a drying area in a rustic style of 3mt x 2mt high, with clothes lines capable for 8-10 people a day, it is a very handy clothes horse in pvc (total dimensions 50cm x 100cm).
Here you find 8kg LG laundry/dryer with electronic washing programs
There is also a sink, next to it a bin for dirty laundry. In the corner there is a structure to store the firewood for the barbecue, or to store the bikes, or beach games for the kids. (dimensions aprox. 3mt x 1mt).
INSIDE LIVING AREA
-LIVING ROOM: Big and luminous communicates directly to the porch-terrace area (dimensions 8mt x 4mt)
The table is for 6 people but its extendable to fit 8 to 10 people, it can be open until 2,20mt x 100cm, it has 6+2 rustic wood chairs, in oak and leather .
The cabinet has 2 drawers where you can find a thermometer, a set of threads and a first aid box.
The closet and the cabinet in the living room have a full set of plates, cups, glasses, places setting and all you need for 6 people for special occasions. Air conditioning / warm LG inverter.
Under the coat rack made in massive Wood, there is a shoe rack where you can fit 15 to 18 pair of shoes (dimensions 100cm x 100cm x 25cm).
The relax area is composed by an anatomic sofa made in wood with visco mats, a small table (dimensions 120 cm x 60 cm) it has a drawer with the remote controls for: tv 42 HD/3D', dvd/x 3D, cd stereo high power mp 3-4, dream box hd satellite receiver, smartcard reader and motorized antenna, hd home-cinema 5.1 and play station 2.
In the shelf there are many board games as:risk, cards, chess, back-gammon, domino dices,cube....
In the corner, there is a big chimney covered in brick.
The lights can be changed with the intensity regulator.
The window in arc shape is 140cm x 75cm wide, with rustic style curtains.
SUITE: Large and luminous with direct access to the porch-terrace-pool and to the dining room. This room is composed of a double bed, with 180 cm x 200 cm of dimensions made out of bricks with high quality mattress, anatomical, ergonomic, anti-alergic made by RELAX 'HR VISCOELASTIC SYSTEM'. The inside is completely covered in moquette where is stored the winter set of comforters, cases-cushions/mattress, flannel sheets and feather pillows. The air conditioning / heating, split system is LG INVERTER (max 22dB, very quiet).
The total dimensions of the cabinets are 200cm x 230cm x 55cm, and it is completely lined in moquette, with 8 drawers of natural wood. The cradle is built in solid pine of 130cm x 75cm, covertibile in bed and it´s completely winter-summer fully equipped.
SUITE BATHROOM: Large and very luminous (4mt x 3mt) offers the option of a motorized blind in the ceiling of 220cm x 130cm, where you are able to appreciate the sky and the stars while enjoying an hydro-massage. You get to the hydro massage bathtub through a stair raised 140 cm from the floor, where you get a great view of the sky.
There are 2 sinks on top of a structure of work lined in natural stone, with dimensions of 170cm x 50cm, in front of it there is a large mirror of 150cm x 100cm. And below there is a little cabinet (dimensions 180cm x 60cm x 50cm), where the electric hairdryer is found. The walls are lined of rustic earthenware.
Nestled in the steps there an electronic scale.
The window is in solid pine and offers dimensions of 80cm x 60cm.
STONE DOUBLE BEDROOM: Luminous and wide (dimensions 3,20 mt x 3,20 mt) with a double bed made out of natural stone (dimensions 150 cm x 190 cm), its interior is completely covered in moquette with canapè system the mattress of high quality, anatomical, ergonomic, anti-alergic made by RELAX 'HR VISCOELASTIC SYSTEM'.
The air conditioning / heating system is GENERAL FUJITSU installed on the wall, (max 27dB, quiet).
BATHROOM OF THE DOUBLE ROOM:
It's dimensions are 2,20 mt x 2,20 mt, and it has teuco water regulators, it also has a small shower for rinse and a big central shower of 20 cm of diameter, the door is in aluminum and perxiglass fiber.
The toilet is on top of a structure of rustic rural Stone (dimensions 110cm x 60cm) one mirror (dimensions 100cm x 100cm) and a small closet (dimensions 100cm x 60cm x 50cm).
WOOD DOUBLE BEDROOM: Luminous and wide with dimensions 3,20 mt x 3,20 mt, communicated with living room, it offer a double bed made in solid wood (dimensions 150 cm x 190 cm), its interior has large storage capacity (for example the empty suitcases) and the mattress is high quality, anatomical, ergonomic, anti-alergic made by PICOLIN 'HR VISCOELASTIC SYSTEM'.
KITCHEN: Very luminous (dimensions 4mt x 4mt) communicates directly to the porch-terrace area, from there you get a panoramic view of the natural park , the same terrace has very wide windows (dimensions 3mt x 1mt very useful to keep an eye on the kids in the pool when cooking).
The pantry (1,5mt x 2,4mt x 60cm ) next to it has to shelves made in glazed tile, each one of them is 150cm x 50cm, with blender... The whole inventory is in the place, welcome to check.
The sink is double and stainless, and is on top of a structure made in rustic stoneware, there is also a compartment to dry the dishes covered in glazed tile, and a small closet (dimensions 120cm x 60cm x 50cm) normally all the cleansers and washing up liquids are stored over here. Alongside is the dishwasher with capacity for 12 people.
The oven is electric, has 4 hotplates and it works with butane gas, and it has scents extractor. There are also cooking utensils en wood and pvc.
The table to work in the kitchen is covered in rustic stoneware (total dimensions 3mt x 65cm) where you can find de microwave, a bread box, wood tables to cut, a ham bin, etc....
The closet dimensions are:175 x 60cm x 50cm.
In the drawers you can find silver ware, cooking utensils like potato peeler, big forks, knives, strainers, table covers, napkins, etc (there is an inventory of all the things that are needed).
the fridge-cooler dimensions are:200cm x 60cm x 50cm.
In the basement there is a drinkable water deposit with capacity for 18000lt with a sumergible pump that Works for the whole house. This service is highly recommended during the stay for better water pressure.
GUEST BATHROOM:
(Dimensions 2,20mt x 1,75mt) communicates with the living room and with the laundry area, it is covered in rustic stoneware and it has an adjustable shower (5 different ways), one toilet, one mirror (dimensions 100cm x 90cm) and closet (dimensions 75cm x 60cm x 20cm).

We spend our vacantion in this beautyfull house in the first week of september. The location is good, by car it is only 5 minutes to the beach and the supermarket is around the corner!!! If you want to go to Ibiza town or to the different partys, you have to drive about 20/25 minutes, so everything is nearby!! You really do need to have a car, but the are quit cheap, so that is not a problem!!!
The owner of the house is very nice and we will help you with anything you need!!
The house is really like it is showing on the pictures, very beautifull and luxuerious!! It is really worth going there!!
E’ già la seconda volta che veniamo in questa casa tenuta molto bene e molto pulita. La piscina è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno con sdraio e sedie con cuscini è molto confortevole. Il supermercato si trova a 3 minuti a piedi e vicino c’è pure un ristorante dove cucinano degli ottimi hamburger. La cucina è superattrezzata e i letti molto comodi.
La spiaggia di Cala Vadella è molto vicina e volendo si può andare anche a piedi. Arianna e Simone sono molto disponibili per qualsiasi necessità e sicuramente ritorneremo in questa meravigliosa villa.

Bellissima proprietà, curata nei dettagli con tutti i confort, proprietari cortesi e sempre disponibili, supermercato a soli due minuti a piedi, il mare a tre minuti di automobile, questa ultima è raccomandabile per visitare le zone limitrofe.
An unforgettable experience! The villa is truly cured in every detail, with panoramic view and with complete privacy. At night it's lit by coloured lights is in the pool which on plants, really romantic.
The kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay (even the thermometer for wine and cocktails!).
The mattresses and pillows of the bedrooms are of high quality.
The large and very comfortable sofa is perfect for watch a movie in the evening, even with home screen and the dvd blue ray 3D with 4 pair of glasses available. Also there are many entertainments, like play staion, playing cards, electronic darts, billiards, table tennis, satellite tv with all channels in the world, and more connected to the tv for internet with all sports, you can't really ask for more!
The supermarket is just 3 minutes ' walk away.
This villa is really amazing! Located near the most beautiful beaches of Ibiza, is also close to the highest hill on the island, where you can enjoy the scenery of the island.
The small organic garden is easily accessible with fresh spices and vegetables very flavorful.
Simone and Arianna are very positive and helped in every thing we needed. Very professional with maintenance of the villa during our stay, but without disturbing our privacy.
What about more, after so many experiences in the villas that we had, that's for sure the best we have been to.
I recommend this villa over each other, for couples or families who want to have a relaxing holiday with every confort and with loving owners.

It was a delightful holiday which we all loved. We were particularly delighted with the opportunity to have fresh vegetables which we could pick ourselves from the small garden. Quite unique. Simone and Arianna were lovely hosts and most helpful. I would have loved somewhere comfy to sit outdoors in the evenings and four table and chairs aren't necessary but having a pool, table tennis, a pool table and darts provided much entertainment.
Villa Can Rafalet is located to the west of the island, in a picturesque area with beautiful sunsets, including three of the most beautiful, famous and naturalist beaches: cala vadella (1,200 m), cala carbo (1500m) and cala d'hort (2500 m), with many excellent restaurants.
