About this property

Our luxurious villa for the discerning customer has your comfort in mind. Furnished with the best quality sofas, beds, paintings - to a 5 star standard. You will know you are truly on vacation in our home which sleeps 4 (2 beds and 2 bathrooms). In the enclosed, private garden, you will find a lovely pool suitable for children and adults. On the terrace is a teak dining table for 4 with a barbecue all under a high quality newly installed awning providing full shade whilst dining. There are two additional top quality loungers for sunbathing.
On the top floor there is a further dining table for 6 to 8 people made out of beautiful marble where you and your guests can sip sundowners at dusk and take in the stunning views of the resort with its moorish villas and the nearby hills.
The villa is 4 minute walk to the local supermarket, clubhouse, 5 star hotel, Clubhouse and restaurants.
There are many large and beautiful communal pools and children's play areas within a short walk and tennis courts within a short drive.

La Torre is a 5 star, securely gated complex providing a safe environment for children and a perfectly relaxing family holiday whether you are there for golf or for the pools and nearby beaches of the Mediterranean or the Mar Menor.
Beaches are reachable within a 20 minute drive and a visit to the historical port of Cartagena should not be missed, as well as the old town of Murcia in particular its beautiful gothic cathedral of Santa Maria dating from 1465 and its Real Casino a glorious example of rich Arabic architecture which provided a playground for the social elite. It's worth paying the entrance fee to see the Congressilo and beautiful Roman Patio.
The special climate of the Mar Menor has brought about clay conditions (mud baths) full of positive and negative ions such as magnesium and sulphate which are considered to have therapeutic qualities and have been used for medicinal purposes since the Roman times. These can be found at San Pedro del Pinatar. Why pay for a spa when you can have a mud bath for free?

A great holiday

This the second year that we have stayed at this villa and every time it never fails to provide a fantastic holiday. Returning to this villa again it was spotlessly clean and recent additions to the resorts bars and restaurant's only added to our overall experience. We defiantly hope to return again

Wonderful Stay

La Torre is a great resort, plenty to do, very well kept, apart from the lake. There was live music on Friday and Saturday, and a market on Friday. The property it’s self was wonderful, had everything you need including a lovely swimming pool, which was a must in near 40 degree heat. Our host was great, contacted me before and during the stay to make sure we were ok. Couldn’t have asked for more and definitely didn’t want to leave.

Lovely villa

Just got back from a 10 day stay at the Villa. Jas the owner was great. Booking process was easy and Jas communicated really quickly throughout. Easy 20 min drive from Murcia (Corvera)airport Check in was easy and hassle free. The Villa is in a great location, not too far from the shop or restaurants. The villa has everything you need. kitchen has lots of utensils, plates, cups, mugs, glasses (even plastic ones for use by the pool) washing machine, dishwasher and Large fridge/freezer. The private pool is great and was cleaned once during our stay. Rachel was very helpful and quick to reply to some queries I had. I would recommend a car if you want to go out and about. Would definitely recommend this villa. Thank you Jas and Rachel

A fantastic villa

This villa is idealy located within the resort and proved a superb base for our holiday. The villa was spotlessly presented and check in was easy and hassle free. The pool was great and the fact that it was cleaned twice during our weeks stay was just one example of the high level of service. We had excellent communication with the the owner and I can honestly not think of one thing that could have made our stay better. Hopefully we will be able to return next year.

Jas is a fantastic host and made the booking process very simple with clear instructions & great communication. Paul & Rachel are available for any issues and we enjoyed the craic with both of them. The Villa is in a fantastic location on La Torre. Literally a 5 minute walk to the Spar and slightly longer into the resort centre. Our kids (15) & (11) enjoyed the pool immensely which is cleaned twice weekly by Paul. We would recommend both La Torre and this Villa for family vacation. Many thanks to Jas and Rachel & Paul for looking after us so we’ll. Hope see you in 2023.

Trained lawyer. My husband and I both grew up in the UK. Love travelling and sports. We ski, do fitness and play tennis. Intend to play golf but still don't seem to have time but love Spain, the food, culture, beaches and the sun.

Why they chose this property

We love the architecture of La Torre with its moorish towers and ochre tiles.The Resort is both quiet and buzzing in the summer and provides a perfect base for exploring the beaches, Cartagena and lovely Murcia with its excellent shopping, tapas bars and great seafood restaurants and architecture.
We have furnished the villa to be a "home away from home".
