About this property

At the heart of a hamlet, in the Eyrieux valley, in the regional park of the Monts d'Ardèche, discover our three fully equipped cottages.

Cottage completely renovated for 5 people, consisting of a main room on the ground floor with kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room upstairs. Access to the floor is via a wooden staircase.

Fully equipped kitchen: electric hob, large electric oven and microwave. Coffee maker. Fridge Freezer. Dishes and necessary kitchen.

Beds: 2 single beds juxtaposed and 1 single bed independent 90 x 200 in the room. Ikea convertible sofa 120 x 190 cm in the living room.

Decorated in a Scandinavian atmosphere.
Heating wood stove.
Firewood available with participation of 8 euros per day of use.

Terrace equipped with garden furniture.

On demand :
Linen package: 9 euros per person.(sheet, duvet cover, pillow, towel, kitchen and bathroom linens).
End of stay cleaning 40 euros.

Our three cottages are located on a property of 14 hectares, on which we live and work. Agricultural operation in the process of being created: organic market gardening and laying hens raised outdoors.

A cheese dairy is present in the hamlet. She offers yogurts, cheeses and other products based on sheep's milk, goat's milk and cow's milk depending on the season.

Shops, markets and restaurants in the village of Saint Sauveur de Montagut located 7 kilometers. You will also find the river with a beach and supervised swimming.

A hiking path passes on the property.

The Eyrieux Valley: In the heart of the Ardèche, this preserved valley between Le Cheylard and La Voulte sur Rhône will seduce you with its unique landscapes. The time of a stay or a small escapade, visit the villages, go hiking, go down the river by canoe, make tree climbing or pedal along the Dolce Via!To admire a breathtaking panorama: breathe the fresh air at Belvédère in Saint Sauveur de Montagut.

Ein toller Urlaub

Es war ein toller Urlaub abseits der großen Touristenströme. Ruhe und Erholung, wandern und baden in den Flüssen (Ardèche, L´Eyrieux, Le Lignon, Gorges de la Baume...). Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Très bon séjour

L'emplacement du gîte est reposant, et le propriétaire est très disponible et de bon conseil pour les activités (de randonnées dans le cas présent). J'étais seul, donc le gîte était bien spacieux, pour 4 ce doit être un peu plus serré.

super vacances en pleine nature

alors pour être le bout du monde c'est le bout du monde ! mais une fois sur place dépaysement garanti avec un retour à la nature ! pas de bruit, pas de pollution, pas de voitures et d'embouteillages, des super promenades au milieu des châtaigniers, nous nous sommes rendus dans un parcours accrobranches, une activité cinéma, visite de l'usine ARDELAINE, et voila la semaine était finie !!!! un grand merci à Jérôme et Coralie pour leur accueil ! les enfants étaient enchantés de leurs vacances, mais moins de repartir ! une pensée pour Léna de Nathan!!!! amitiés à Daniel et Francine

Un excellent séjour! On recommande!

Nous avons passé une tres bonne semaine dans le gîte de la Ferme Pays'ane. Il est idéal pour profiter de la nature ardéchoise: bons produits bio, baignade en rivière, balades... Notre petite Line a adoré s'occuper des poules! Le gîte est pratique avec une deco simple et agréable... Nous espérons revenir bientôt! Bonne continuation à Jérôme et sa Ferme Pays'ane!
