Comfortable, clean and spacious

Lovely property, spacious and clean. Beautiful views over the valley. Easily felt at home in this property. Owner very helpful with day trips, pizzeria tips, etc. Lovely welcome pack of essentials. Fantastic location to explore northern Italy from. Would highly recommend.

une belle maison dans les montagnes

Très bon week-end dans cette région du Nord que nous ne connaissions pas, proche de Bergame et de San Pellegrino. Un accueil très chaleureux et sympathique par Andrea, qui s'est montré très disponible. Très jolie maison en haut des routes de montagne et des voisins très discrets

Not 100% as advertised

ENG Not 100% as advertised. You are not renting the whole building, but a 3-level apartment inside of it. There are other apartments in the same building. You will not have 100% privacy if you rent this house. The house was clean. The big window on the garden was locked and could not be opened: we also could not close the wooden doors on the outside, with concerns about our safety. The house is very intelligently advertised and seems to be on its own, but be careful: photographs are not 100% true to the real situation, since it is a multi-family building. ITA La "casa" è in verità un appartamento su 3 livelli in una villa multifamiliare. La comunicazione da parte del proprietario circa questo punto non è stata univoca. La doppia porta sul giardino non può aprirsi (durante la nostra permanenza era rotta), impedendo anche la corretta chiusura delle ante esterne in legno. La casa era pulita. Tutto sommato, un esperienza diversa da quanto pubblicizzato: le foto scelgono angoli di rappresentazione molto particolari e non fanno capire come è posizionato lo stabile.

Très bonne semaine entre amis

Nous étions 4 couples d’amis. La maison est située à Somendenna à 800m d'altitude, 10 km de Zogno, et en pleine nature, idéale pour les randonneurs et les cyclistes. Assez bien placée également pour visiter Milan et les lacs. La maison est propre et la literie confortable. Par contre, nous regrettons un peu les petites baignoires sabots qui ne sont pas très fonctionnelles. La maison est mitoyenne avec d’autres occupants mais cela ne gêne en rien notre indépendance.
