Casa comoda per visitare la Sicilia sud-orientale

Segnalo subito la comunicazione velocissima e disponibilità del proprietario, che ci ha aspettato nonostante avessimo mal calcolato i tempi di arrivo. La casa è grande, perfetta per 2 famiglie con bambini, con una bella veranda e giardinetto dove i bambini hanno giocato con piacere. Siamo capitati nella settimana più calda dell'anno, ma grazie al condizionatore in cucina e ai ventilatori ce la siamo cavata. Doccia esterna comodissima e funzionale, non abbiamo mai usato quella interna! Consiglierei giusto di effettuare qualche miglioria per chi prevede una vacanza più "casalinga", tipo un nuovo barbecue e un pochino più di attrezzi per la cucina. Per il resto, tutto perfetto. Parcheggio davanti casa in una strada privata, tutte le mete principali raggiungibili con facilità.

Ci siamo recati in questa casa con la famiglia (8 persone), gli spazi sono ampi e ben disposti. La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più, è la cucina e il bagno esterno, dato che c'è un bel esterno dove si può cenare con il rumore del mare in sottofondo

Relax tra arte e natura

In due famiglie (7 persone) abbiamo trascorso due bellissime settimane in questa casa che rispecchia fedelmente la descrizione ed è una base perfetta da cui partire per esplorare la Sicilia sud-orientale.Ha una comoda spiaggia raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi ed è vicinissima all'oasi di Vendicari e alle sue splendide spiagge, nonché a pochi minuti in auto da Noto. Abbiamo potuto visitare Siracusa, Scicli, Modica, Ragusa, Marzamemi ed altro ancora. La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare e non ci siamo fatti mancare grigliate di pesce e di carne, grazie al barbecue e alla cucina esterni. Giovanni ci ha accolti con flessibilità di orario, facendoci trovare in casa acqua, frutta e una cucina "pronta all'uso", con condimenti, zucchero e caffè. É stato sempre disponibile ed attento ad ogni nostra esigenza e ci ha fornito le indicazioni necessarie per sfruttare al meglio il nostro soggiorno. Consigliamo vivamente questa casa a chi vuole una vacanza fuori dai soliti schemi.
