This is two bedroom first floor apartment with air conditioning.
Cala D´or town centre is a 10 minute walk away.
The apartment is next to the Cala Ferrera Beach, and is close to all amenities, bars, shosps etc.

One minute from beach and supermarket to restaurants, It is quiet resort, children's playgrounds, etc. Ideal for families and groups of friends .

, The Cala Ferrera beach has facilities and services that give it Blue Flag. Clear waters and white sands. The complex El Pino is ideal for relaxing and forgetting about problems. There are another 3 beaches 5 min.
complex has a communitary swimming pool that is cleaned up two times a day.

Cala D'Or is pretty little town with lots of shops and restaurants with every type of cuisine from Spanish to Thai. A wide variety of shops catering for everyone, also nearer is Cala Ferrera where there also a wide variety of shops and bars. The apartment is 10 minutes walking to centre Cala D´or.Cala Ferrera ,The area is make up of Calas (coves) Cala Ferrera, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Serena with sandy beaches and beautiful clear blue sea. Cala Ferrera is a great location for everyone. The Sunday morning market at Felanitx is recognised as being one of the best in Majorca. Also the fruit and produce markets at nearby Santanyi every Wednesday and Saturday mornings. A local bus can take you into Palma for the day and local car hire/money exchange places can organise trips to many of Mallorca's attractions. A day out to Aqualand one of the islands water parks is a great day for the children and adults alike.

Little gem

Fantastic little apartment in a great location, seconds from the beach, and a short walk from restaurants,bars and shops. Really not overlooked like some apartments, so felt quieter and away from the hustle of town, although it was just around the corner. Whilst bedrooms and bathroom are small, the beds are comfortable and there were plenty of blankets to keep warm in the chilly spring nights during our stay. Kitchen is really well equipped with all the appliances needed. Rubi was a great host and was available at any point should we have needed her. Check in and out was super simple. Thank you Rubi, we had a great stay at the property.

Excellent stay

We had an amazing week at this property. Rubi was excellent and checked on us midweek ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. The location is a stones throw from the beach and a short walk to the bars a restaurants. The apartments balcony gets the sun all day and with a 2 year old this was perfect to top up the tan whilst the little one had the odd nap. We will certainly be back.

Wonderful

This apartment far exceeded my expectations. The sea view was wonderful, and many relaxing evenings were spent enjoying the views and watching the world go by. Rubi was more than helpful and really did take pleasure in ensuring guests were happy and enjoyed their stay. The apartment was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning resulted in some very happy guests. And what a bonus discovering the lovely, sandy cove really was just steps away. The pool was clean and was pretty much empty for the whole of our stay in September. Whilst other reviews have commented on the noise from a nearby hotel, the music wasn’t played each night and we didn’t find the volume too annoying. Highly recommend a trip to Figuera and a high speed boat trip to see the stunning coastline and have a dip in the clearest water you can find. Nb only point for improving the accommodation would be to have a larger and more accessible fridge. Otherwise perfect. We hope to return.

Lovely views from the terrace

We very much enjoyed our stay in this well-equipped flat. It is located just a few steps above the Cala Ferrera beach and within close walking distance of the Cala Serena and Cala Esmeralda. There's a nice, big terrace with a stunning view of the beach (it's just a shame there's a huge hotel dominating one side of the Cala Ferrera). If, like us, you dislike large crowds, you might want to avoid the main season, as the beaches do get very overcrowded, except in the early morning and late evening. Alternatively, if you don't mind a little walk (about 45mins), the Cala Mitjana is only accessible on foot and so offers blissful peace and quiet, as well as having by far the most beautiful and unspoilt setting. The nearby Restaurant Cala Ferrera is excellent, so you can avoid the noisy, over-developed Cala D'or town centre, and there are also several convenient supermarkets close by. Rubi was a great host. She met us on arrival and departure, and also allowed us to check out late on the final day.
