A very comfortable and clean apartment in lovely Mundaka
This property worked really well for us (2adults, 2 teens & a dog). It is at the 'top' end of town and 5- 10 minute stroll to the centre either on the street or by the footpath around the coast. Mundaka is a lovely little town with a buzz, when we were there, of the Spanish on holiday. The apartment is practically and attractively furnished (thanks to Ikea!). It has been converted from a former office space on the ground floor of an apartment block so that the front door opens into the second bedroom which has non-opening windows (a bit hot at night during the very warm weather). The rest of the flat is up a small flight of stairs and is very airy . Note that the parking space is not within the building. It is in an underground car park about a ten minute walk away, but we were able to park around the back of the building to load/unload so it wasn't a problem and we certainly didn't need to use the car when we were staying in Mundaka. You can even get a train into Bilbao from the station which is very near to the flat. All in all, we had a lovely 4 nights in Mundaka and hope to return one day.

Arrivée compliquée pour avoir les clés, malgré l'envoi d'un mail la veille, malentendu sur le garage que nous pensions compris dans la location et qu'il a fallu payer en plus, et qui était situé à un kilomètre de l'appartement et non sous le logement. Appartement sous équipé en vaisselle pour 4 personnes, et propreté douteuse; les propriétaires étaient trés sympathique malgré la barrière de la langue

Nice, quiet place. Lot’s of room for 4 people, well heated (it was in the 40’s while we were there). Close to everything in town, 5 minute walk to the surf.

Unser Aufenthalt in Mundaka, August 2019
Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen gut nutzbar und entsprach zum größten Teil unseren Erwartungen. Allerdings waren einige Ausstattungsmerkmale nicht vorhanden bzw. nicht richtig dargestellt: 1) In der Beschreibung ist ein Parkplatz in einer Garage angegeben. Dieser existiert zwar, kostet aber 10 Euro pro Tag, Diese Information fehlt in der Beschreibung. 2) Es sind weiterhin ein Gemeinschaftspool und ein gemeinschaftlich nutzbarer Fitnessraum angegeben. Hierzu haben wir keine Informationen erhalten, diese existierten nicht. 3) Das zweite Bad mit Dusche hat keine Stehhöhe. Selbst unser 10-jähriger Sohn konnte in der Dusche nicht aufrecht stehen. Ansonsten waren wir mit der Ausstattung und der Lage zufrieden. Wir haben die Wohnung 14 Tage mit drei Personen genutzt.
