Details:The house has three levels, three bedrooms and two baths. Downstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a storage room. On the ground level there is a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and 5 steps higher the second bedroom with one double bed and the second bathroom. Upstairs there is the third bedroom with one double bed and a small balcony. Outside the main house there is the very generous pool terrace where the two pergolas are located. One by the house has a big dinning table. The second by the pool has an open air kitchen equipped with hot plates and a electric BBQ, a second big dinning table, a built sofa and a built bed. The private pool is 50 m² large having 6 sunbeds beside.
