Superb detached villa in Los Balcones with large private swimming pool, set is the leafy green suburb of Los Balcones in Torrevieja. The villa is set over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the main living / dining & kitchen area , double bedroom & shower room, plus a conservatory which looks out over the rear gardens and swimming pool . On the first floor are 2 bedrooms (double with terrace overlooking the pool) and a twin bedroom plus a family bathroom. Outside is a large 10 meter x 6 meter private swimming pool with Roman steps and a built in seating area, 4 sunbeds, BBQ plus a shaded gazebo with table & chairs, pretty gardens which light up around the pool at night time. The villa is fully furnished to a very good comfortable standard and can sleep up to 6 persons, TV with UK channels BBC 1, BBC2, ITV, channels 4 & 5 etc & Spanish channels , music system, dishwasher, air-conditioning, safe. Local restaurants bars cafes shops supermarkets etc all within 5 minutes walk, great bus service direct to beach (7 minutes) WIFI INTERNET INSTALLED

Location

Los Balcones is a green leafy and well established suburb of Torrevieja. Its situated on the southside of Torrevieja between the famous pink salt lakes and the Mediterranean sea. the closest beaches (both blue flag status for cleanliness and facilities) are situated at Punta Prima and Los Nafregus both can be reached within 5 minutes by car /taxi or 5 minutes by bus (pick up point is 4 min walk from the villa). Vist Torrevieja town centre 7 min drive (car /taxi) or 10 minutes by bus.

There are 2 airports, Alicante and Murcia International both are within a 60 minute drive of the villa.

Things to Do : A Trip into Torrevieja town centre is a must, Take a stroll along the promenade, check out the evening street market (next to the water fountain) open every night. Visit the Tivolo (fun fair) has rides for both adults and children, have an ice-cream from one of the many ice-cream parlours along form the front. Visit the Huge water park with water slides, shoots and wave machines (open mid June to Sept) Go go-carting at Punta Prima (open all year round) its a fantastic track offering High adrenalin fun for teenagers and adults (children over 7). Ten pin bowling near the new Haberneras Shopping Centre. Take a relaxing walk around one of Torreveija’s parks, Go for a boat ride at the boating lake (park of Nations) For night time entertainment visit the lively Bar Streets (behind Ell Muelle restaurant) and if your still awake hit the night clubs try 'Pacha' (sister to Ibiza super club) located in the industrial area. Torrevieja has approx 800 restaurants, Cafes & bars to chose from.

Holiday 2018

Villa a bit tired and needs updating, problems with villas either side one on the left has 2 big dogs that bark all day and night and on the right for our stay was work going on in renovating the pool and had constant noise. For the 2 weeks stay could only park car right outside villa on 2 occasions

Beautiful villa and pool in a lovely location.

If you are after family quality time we found it here. My two teenage boys didn't miss their playstations once.We swam, played on the inflatables, played cards and laughed a lot.When we did venture out we couldn't wait to get back to the villa as we missed it. The villa was immaculate and had everything you could want. The beds were comfy too. The location was ideal and the neighbours were very friendly. The agents were first class in every way and Antonio the gardener was lovely. We walked to the pink salt lakes which is a must and also visited the local waterpark which was very enjoyable. The best days for us though was just spending time at the villa, making the most of the pool and beautiful weather. There is a large supermarket on your doorstep which is stocked with a good variety of food. Every evening we walked to the Filton Centre with a good choice of restaurants.Our favourites were The Filton which is excellent and at the top of the road we found a delightful tapas restaurant called The Balcon. We loved everything about our holiday and look forward to returning!

Fabulous Villa and Private Pool

The villa was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed, also it was very private and as soon as we arrived we felt at home. The pool was fantastic, clean and maintained by Antonio. We did have two issues, the first being the steps leading up to the villa are difficult particularly if you are elderly or have difficulty in walking especially as there is no hand rail. The second being the stairs inside the villa, unfortunately my sister fell down them and had to be taken to hospital, we think the fall was due to the steepness of each step and where the stairs bend round half way down there is nothing to hold onto. It might be an idea to have anti slip trends on each step. Overall we had a fantastic time and look forward to spending time again at this villa next year. Angela and Kerry from J K Villas were very helpful at all times. Regards

Beautiful villa for a family of differing ages

Superb Villa and Pool

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa, it was a shame to come home. The Villa was plenty big enough for the 6 of us, lots of home comforts to make the stay more enjoyable. The pool was delightful, decent size good depth to allow diving at one end. We loved the shady corner which was ideal when the sun got too hot. Only 5 minute walk to the Filton Center for meals and drinks we found 3 courses for 7.95 euro each, food was good too, We also walked 5 minutes the other direction and found a hotel with roof top bar where we enjoyed cocktails over looking the salt lakes. All in all a great trip, agents very helpful and would certainly consider staying again.
