The gite L'Ancienne Distillerie - Rémy Martin was originally the old grape 'pressoir' building and has been converted into a wonderful, comfortable and spacious house that sleeps up to 8 people.
The beamed open plan living area incorporates the lounge, dining and kitchen areas along with the wooden stairs that take you to the first floor bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and cooker.
Four French windows lead out onto your own private covered terrace with tables and chairs for al fresco dining.
Decoration throughout is a mixture of traditional furniture and modern pieces ensuring that comfort, convenience and style are never compromised.
From the spacious first floor landing you enter 4 bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twins).
There are 2 shower rooms with washbasins and toilets.
There is a separate toilet downstairs.
The property is fully heated with electric radiators and a wood burner for those early and later season breaks.

Within the price quoted we supply all you household linen, bath towels and all kitchen and toilet essentials (cleaning materials, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, bin bags..). The beds are made up for your arrival.

Laundry facilities are provided in a separate building.

The layout of the property makes it a perfect choice for 2 families holidaying together an extended family group or a group of friends.

On site the property also benefits from a 13m by 6m pool with plenty of sun beds, parasols and floaty toys for the children. The pool is set within an enclosed courtyard making it the perfect sun trap but also secure for young ones.

The gite is set in over an acre of landscaped gardens with 2 BBQ areas (one covered) each with seating allowing you to enjoy outside dining.

For big and small children alike there is the games room with ping pong table, table football and a full size pool table. We also provide outdoor games (swings, badminton, football..) and board games. The parkland to the rear of the property is approximately 1 acre and provides the perfect space for enjoying the outdoors.
