This modern, spacious apartment is located in the heart of beautiful Cannes. Ideal for family holidays, romantic breaks or for the more discerning corporate client, all who enjoy the ultimate in luxurious accommodation. State of the art audio visual along with high speed internet access make this the perfect base for business use. Furnished to a very high standard it boasts three double bedrooms, (single beds) all with terrace access and built in storage. Master bedroom en-suite with bath/shower and a separate shower room and toilet are also available. The air conditioning/central heating has individual room temperature controls. Situated within a five minute walk are the main shopping street, and a further 3 - 4 minutes to the Palais de Festival -which is adjacent to some of the most fabulous beaches and harbours in the world. The apartment has a shared swimming pool. There is free on street parking, or two large car parks within a 2 minute walk . Perfect for summer or winter holidays - skiing 60km.

Excellent apartment in an excellent location

Our family of six had a fantastic time here. The apartment has everything you need. The pool is great in the morning sunshine. Only 5 minute walk to Cannes shops, restaurants and beaches. Cannot fault it. We had a great time.

Stunning Flat

No negatives at all; excellent spacious flat with really good air conditioning; 2 balconies ideal for relaxing. Three twin bedrooms; 2 bathrooms n toilets. It's set in a quietish, residential part of Cannes, but a mere 15-20 minute walk to the centre and the beach. Excellent communication /support from both owner Kerry, and French housekeeper Francoise who is always available to help.

The pool area is nice too; Kerry has left a couple of chairs in her cupboard which you can take poolside if busy, which it rarely is. Recommended ++

I have been coming back to this Appartment every October for at least the last four years.

And for good reason , it's very well maintained , modern and equipped with everything one would need for a busy week at Mipcom.

Three rooms, well equipped kitchen, shutters in all the windows and close to the Palais 12 minute walk. :-)

The lady who manages the building is great and although my French is nonexistent, she really goes out of her way to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Great apartment!

The apartment was extremely well equipped and was literally a 5 minute walk from the main shopping street in Cannes. The apartment itself was very spacious and ideal for a group of friends or family which is exactly what I wanted. To find an apartment which is so centrally located and with 3 bedrooms and a pool is rare in Cannes so I would recommend it to anyone and would definitely go again!

Nice apartment/pool, 10 mins from Rue D'Antibes

beautifully kept apartment, with an extremely helpful supervisor. The location of the apartment is a little way out of the central area although there is a handy supermarket nearby. Apartment is beautifully cool with a/c, but oven did not work, so had to rely on the hob. The larger balcony although quite big, is, as previous reviewer mentioned easily seen from the street and affords no privacy. The bedrooms are quite small, but load of storage space. Beware though, whilst there are three bedrooms, only one has an ensuite bathroom, there is a second shower room and a separate loo, just next to the front door. An odd configuration so it helps if you are all quite happy about sharing bathrooms/loos etc. There's a final cleaning fee which helps to bump up the cost of the apartment, That said, we did enjoy our week at Le Ponant.

Nice airport is a 30 minute drive from the apartment. Car rental is readily available at the airport or alternatively take a direct coach from the airport to Cannes. Coaches depart every half hour. There is also a frequent train service between Nice and Cannes. Further details of meet and greet are available from the owner, where we will arrange to have you met at the apartment, given a tour and you can ask any questions which you may have. Upon departure the apartment will be checked and the keys returned.
