About this property

A spacious 3 floor modern villa which is fully air conditioned. All 3 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, (the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors.) The villa has an open plan kitchen diner/lounge with TV and DVD player and a fully fitted kitchen with gas cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a cloakroom WC on the same floor which houses a washing machine and ironing board. The kitchen diner/lounge leads out to your own private pool area which includes a seating area for outdoor meals, 4 sunbeds, 2 large umbrellas and a gas BBQ.
This family villa offers a lovely holiday for everyone, whether you want to relax and unwind by the pool or enjoy the lovely atmosphere of the town. Kalkan has a marina and is surrounded by fantastic restaurants and many bars. Watersports and boat trips are also very popular here. The scenery is breathtaking and you can enjoy the beautiful turquoise sea.
