Stylish, bright 1 bedroom 484 sq ft/45sq mtrs, air conditioned this elegant apartment located on the 3rd floor in a modern building with an elevator. There is a large 50 "TV in the comfortable living room/lounging area. It features a fully equipped galley kitchen, a spacious dining area with a table that can seat 4. A good sized bedroom with 2 single beds, a large built in closet and plenty of storage space and a small TV. The bathroom is compact and modern with a walk-in shower. Well located it is close to; ATMs, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and public transportation. Nearby are both the Centro Cultural Las Cigarreras and the MARQ (a World Heritage) museum where one can also take the tram to downtown Alicante or as far as Benidorm!
This apartment is very comfortable for 2 people and ideal for students attending the nearby University.

A well equipped, quiet apartment, away from the tourist area

We were met by Teresa who was helpful and showed us how everything worked and gave us local information and gave gave her contact details should we have any issues. What we liked about the location was that we experienced local cuisines, local people and very reasonable prices. It was about a 15 minute walk into town which we enjoyed. The apartment had everything you might need and was spotlessly clean. WiFi reception was excellent..

Nicely furnished and fitted out apartment

Nice clean apartment no complaints at all very busy area Bus stop just a short walk away and supermarket in the next road We walked to the beach every day and got the bus back as it is up hill .

L’appartement est bien situé, je recommande toutefois de prendre les transports ou le taxi. Car étant véhiculé il était difficile de trouver des places surtout le soir. L’hôte de cet appartement était joignable assez facilement.
