Not a good experience
We found the place not clean. The beddings and towels had clearly been used. The bedsheets were dirty and wrinkled from somebody having used them before us, and on top of the duvet cover in the double bedroom were a lot of dogs hair!! Fortunately, we found a vacuum cleaner and were able to clean the beddings to an "acceptable" standard. We left the place cleaner than we found it. My husband and I were meant to accommodate 2 visitors from abroad, but had to take them to other accommodation. I called the host and told him about our experience. He apologied and promised to refund us. It is now 3 weeks ago, and nothing has been refunded.

Disappointing Chalet
The furnishing in the chalet were quite dilapidated and tired, broken wardrobe, tile missing in bathroom, wallpaper coming off wall. Felt quite damp when we arrived. Oven was filthy. No hot water in bathroom taps or kitchen. No point in contacting owner, ignore my initial email. I would not recommend staying there without a car. There is no local shops. The furniture on the Decking was dirty and broken

Expensive
We enjoyed the holiday largely due to the weather. The chalet is small. Had the weather been bad we'd have gone crazy in the chalet. It is showing signs of age. Several pieces of furniture are slightly damaged. The fridge was not working properly and it was when we tried to contact the owner that we found the link in the vrbo email doesn't work. It took us 2 days to figure out how to contact the owner to report the fridge. All in all we had a good holiday but that was largely due to good weather. .The chalet was a bit of a disappointment
