Great stay in La Spezia

The apartment is perfect for a couple who want to explore this area. 5 minute walk to the ferry or 15 minute walk to train station to do Cinque Terre which we loved. La Spezia is a great town we parked across the road for free and didnt return to car until we left. Plenty of bats and restaurants and we reccomend the pizza next door!! Cosetta very helpful we are looking forward to return one day

Fantastic location for Cinque Terre

We received really fast responce from Cosetta and she was extremely helpful. The flat is spotless and in a perfect location to explore the area. It is about a 5 minute walk to the marina where you catch the boat to Cinque Terre (there is information about it in the flat). We were met by Gian Luca who was also really helpful and prompt and he helped us to get a parking space right by the flat which was great. All in all, a great experience.

Perfect location and perfect apartment

The location is right next to all bus routes and only a ten minute walk from the train station. The apartment itself is brand new and very clean and modern with an amazing bath and super king sized bed as well as a separate sofa and dining area. Cosetta is really friendly and arranged for her son to pick us up from the train due to the rain on the day we landed and she text me throughout my stay to make sure I had everything I needed. Would 100% recommend and would definitely go back! x

A couple days in La Spezia

We went to La Spezia for a couple days before heading to the cinque terre. The apartment was a nice place to unwind. Very clean and everything we needed for a quick stop over.

Great location

Great apartment, very clean, had everything we needed. Easy walk to the waterfront, train station (20 minutes), close to restaurants and shops. Carlotta met us to show us the apartment, check in was effortless. Excellent communication with Carlotta
