The Atlantic Villa is just a few steps from the beach access. On the edge of the cliff, in a unique location in the exclusive Prainha Village, you'll awake overlooking the never-ending blue Atlantic view.
Sunny Prainha is perfect to experience Those happy family holidays you are looking for, to have fun with your friends or simply to relax. Everything you need is at a walking distance. Pools, restaurants, supermarket, tennis, playgrounds, golf, jogging tracks, scuba diving and much more.

Our Villa is full of light, with a very cozy living room, two bedrooms (one suite and one double with an extra bed) and two bathrooms (one ensuite).
The kitchen is fully equipped, including washing machine, dishwasher and Nespresso machine.
It has 3 private terraces, two of Them plain with ocean views.
Smart TV and WiFi included. Free Parking.

Prainha Village offers BOTH quiet and safety, with 24h surveillance and restricted access to motor vehicles.
For golf lovers, Prainha is close to the best golf courses in the region.

In July and August, the minimum stay is one week and rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

Beste Lage in Prainha

Tolles Haus, tolle Blicke, gute Ausstattung, sehr nette Vermieter. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und träumen schon vom nächsten Mal!

Wonderful house with the perfect location

When we first arrived we were impressed by the beautiful, fully equiped house and the warm welcome. The view from the house and especially the rooftop terrace is over the ocean and you can be at the beach within minutes by foot. The Atlantic Pool is also really close and you can swim there with a beautiful view. Everything is really clean and we felt save all the time. The communication is really easy and you can contact the hosts at every time. Its not far to the villages Alvor and Portimao where you have many possibilites to eat. But we also had a really nice barbeque with the included grill at the house or have dinner at Miss Pasta 2 minutes away from the house. We would recommend it to everyone and we will definetely come back! Thank you again to Joao, Susanna and Magdalena.

Just Perfect!

Gemeinsam mit meiner 13 jährigen Tochter und meinen Eltern hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub, inmitten einer wunderbaren Umgebung. Am meisten genossen wir die Therassen der kleinen praktischen Villa, die Aussicht, den Pool und die nähe des Strandes. Es hatte auch Strandtücher, Sonnenschirme, sogar Kerzen für den romantischen Abend... Das Tollste war der herzliche Empfang und Betreuung von Magdalena, die von Susana & Joao organisiert war. Herzlichen Dank, es könnte nicht besser sein!!!

Superbe maison et endroit magique !!!!

Nous avons été émerveillé par cette maison, elle est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, la vue est superbe....et les photos sont conformes...et je dirais que l’endroit est encore plus beau en vrai ! La plage magnifique avec les falaises les grottes les arches est au pied de la maison. Le confort....que dire , comme si nous étions à la maison, il ne manque rien, merci Susanna et Joâo pour cette merveilleuse semaine en famille.
