Fab property
Great property in the main. Spacious, beautifully clean, lots of kitchen equipment and good location as lovely and quiet but walking distance to town. Owner and property manager really helpful but would be improved with the ability to turn the heating on yourself as was chilly for our stay and watch the hot taps, really, really hot. Overall would thoroughly recommend. 🙂

A spacious apartment. Excellent for family stays. Easy to walk to Princes Street and Haymarket.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A calm oasis from the busy activity of the Edinburgh Fringe. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect - Location and spacious apartment
We appreciated the comfortable beds, the good shower and the really well-equipped kitchen (with a good coffee-maker and the washing machine and dryer), the parking and the easy check-in and check-out. And we were happy we had so much space for us five (and the dog, thank you again, Jason). And we liked this part of Edinburgh, quiet and everything within easy reach. We really enjoyed our stay and were sorry we had to leave too soon.

Excellent rental: just as described!
Our family loved staying in the flat during our week’s stay in Edinburgh. Check in was easy and the flat had everything we needed. Great layout for a family and a fully appointed kitchen. Communication with hosts was seamless and we would definitely like to rent at this location again.
