Spacious and bright living room with sofa double bed, flat screen TV and wifi throughout the house. Room for four people and fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a spacious bathroom with shower. Powerful air conditioning / heating. Terrace with table and chairs for two ideal place to enjoy breakfast outdoors contemplating life in the center of the city people. Second floor with elevator.

We find nearby restaurants with chefs from the likes of Ricard Camarena and Quique Dacosta.

Excellent Stay In Valencia

This is a fantastic property right in the heart of Valencia. The owners were super helpful both pre arrival and on check-in (arrived in a downpour!) and went out of their way to assist with any queries - even so far as borrowing a beach chair from one of their friends for us to use. The property is as described on the web and so handy for all of the city centre attractions. That said, make sure you explore the city as there are many super bars and restaurants scattered around. Only a pity we had to come home!

We loved Valencia!!

The property was really central, with easy access to everywhere, close to the market, eating places and the historical centre. It was clean, well equipped and comfortable. It could be a little noisy at night in the living area, but it was a friendly buzz, not loud party people. With the blinds down, and the bedroom door shut, we heard nothing when we were in bed. Maria, our host, was most friendly and welcoming. We didn't need any guidance while we were there, but I know she would have been helpful if we'd needed anything. We had a pdf for all the basic information that we needed. We highly recommend this property-and would love to stay again one day Maria y Juanjo!

Bright, Clean, Central apartment with all the facilities you would need

We recieved a warm personal welcome from Maria the host, the apartment was bright and fresh and very clean. Maria provides lots of information about the city, restaurants, shops etc so your stay is as easy as possible. The apartment is perfectly located for exploring the central sights yet is quiet enough for good rest. All the facilities and items you would need are provided to make your stay enjoyable and Maria kept in touch during our visit to ensure all went well. Highly recommended! - Thank you Maria and Juan

A delightful apartment in the heart of the city.

We have just returned from a fabulous time in Valencia at Maria and Juanjo’s apartment. It is perfectly located for exploring and experiencing the culture and cuisine of this beautiful city. The apartment is modern and stylishly furnished with the added benefit of a balcony for relaxing and watching the world go by. Maria is a kind and helpful host, who made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back again one day.
