About this property

Located on the ground floor of a building in Art Nouveau style in the city center and a few meters from the sea, 51 LOFT is ideal for families or groups of friends.
The apartment has a modern open-space which is spread over two levels. On the ground floor there is the hall, the kitchen and the bathroom with tub.
upstairs there is the sleeping area, consisting of a large bedroom with double bed and wardrobe,
a small living room with a queen size sofa bed, a single bed and a bathroom with shower.
We can accommodate up to 5 people.
The whole house is air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter.
Two bikes are always available to our guests.

Pescara most convenient

Owner is super nice and accomodating. Place was well kept and easy to get to town and the beach. Kitchen is definitely adequate and apt feels quite spacious. A/C worked great. 10/10 would stay again.
