Great stay
The Villa is very clean and exactly as described and for us up the hill in Peyia away from the main Coral Bay strip was great. We will definitely use this villa again. Great communication with the Owner, who sorted an issue with the front door within 24 hours.

Perfect villa
This villa is amazing. We stayed as a family of 4 (2 teenage children) and we all loved the stay! There is plenty of space for everyone, the pool is stunning both day and night and perfect for cooling off or lounging around on those lazy days. There are enough amenities close by (we really enjoyed the food and cocktails at the brewery bar) but you do need a car to explore the local area. We’ve stayed in paphos before and wanted to explore a new area. Peyia is a large village and very steep but plenty of restaurants/bars should you need them. We made use of the BBQs at the property a couple of evenings. Coral Bay is close by (driving distance) if you want somewhere a bit livelier. All in all it was a great holiday and nobody wanted to come home! We hope to book again. Thanks Richard for letting us stay at your property.

Fantastic villa
We had a lovely week in villa aphrodite. The villa was clean, very well equipped, loads of kitchen implements, crockery etc, modern appliances, a nice bbq, three bedrooms (two doubles and one with bunk beds and a single bed), air con throughout (which is coin operated, so you'll need 1 & 2 euro coins, but it is quite efficient, about 2 - 3 euros per room will do the night). The pool is amazing, a great size and gives great relief from the heat. There are several loungers, with a comfortable seating area and a dining table under the shade. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, so perfect for relaxing. There are three bars nearby which are great fun and some lovely coffee shops, and I would recommend visiting savvas grill which is a 15 minute walk away. Coral bay is a five minute taxi ride away. All in all, a great villa, I totally recommend it.

Lovely villa, great location but car advisable
Communication during the booking process was a little confusing with different people replying to my messages - sometimes contradicting each other - which worried me before the holiday but everything was good when we arrived so nothing to worry about. The villa was clean and as described in the listing. Nice big pool and a few pool toys for the kids. We loved the open plan living downstairs, and the two outside seating areas outside were really comfortable and ideal for the day and evening, we only went inside to cook and sleep! There are a couple of small supermarkets a 2 minute walk from the villa, as well as a few bars and restaurants. We would recommend The Brewery for dinner and cocktails, they had evening entertainment every night and staff and locals were really friendly. The bakery at the end of the road is great for pastries for breakfast, and there is also a pharmacy and medical centre at the end of the road. All the basics you need are within walkable distance but I would recommend hiring a car to get the most out of the area. Coral bay is a 5 minute drive and has a lovely beach for the day, and is really lively in the evening with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. There’s also a couple of little, less busy beaches on the way to coral bay which are lovely, great places to watch the sunset. The only things we were missing was more storage space (shelves in the bathroom, drawers in the bedrooms) and dressing tables in the double bedrooms. The air-con is coin operated, this wasn’t an issue but could have been made clearer in the listing. Other than that, no complaints. We’ve stayed at other villas that say they are a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants when really it’s been much further, and a little dangerous, but this villa literally is a 2 minute walk to the nearest bar, and one that sells cocktails too!!

Why they chose this property

This Holiday Haven is a 4 star detached Villa with stunning views in the hills of sunny Peyia. This Villa is unique in many different ways which comes with its own extra large step in step down extra large luxurious private pool.

Villa Aphrodite is set and huddled on a hillside of Peyia, what has magnificent views, all the people here are warm and friendly and the facilities here are first class!
The Villa is central to many beaches only 2 kms away as, Peyia is fast becoming first choice for holidaymakers looking for quality, culture and value for money just like my property.

What makes this property unique

Because my villa sits on the cusp of this beautiful village of Peyia, it also lies on the south western tip of this lovely island of Cyprus.
This is probably why I choose it here as so many holiday makers return as it is one of the most colourful and interesting villages on the island! which is only 15 minutes from the beautiful Paphos!

Whilst the original Peyia village was originally very small, stone built community of farmers, whose crops were mainly bananas and oranges, Peyia has grown in strength to be the Municipality of Peyia, governing the area from Akamas Peninsular in the west to the edges of Paphos on the east side.
Paphos only 15 minutes away by road from Peyia village and the beautiful Coral Bay resort is only a few minutes down the road.

Today, Peyia still retains beautiful with its charms but it has grown up to be a very vibrant and welcoming large village, whose population is a mix of many nationalities; Cypriots, expats and more recently the English Learning to live together in harmony, Peyia is developing into a thriving and enjoyable area in which to holiday or simply visit.

I speak to many tourists who choose to stay in Peyia to enjoy a taste of traditional Cypriot welcome mixed with the many, more modern western ways they’ve become accustomed to.

From research joining the older Cypriot men enjoying backgammon and coffee in the Kafenes to visiting a very trendy wine bar, The Mill, is a must visit what is situated in the centre of the village.
Peyia I feel has something here for everyone, what has great pubs, tavernas and restaurants which also has stunning views as you sit and unwind on your perfect holiday.

From the reviews everyone loves it here and I hope you will too.
