Lynroys Villa is quiet, ground floor only, private, gated and easily sleeps 11 people, plus babies all in proper beds/bedrooms. This beautiful villa is the perfect destination for a large family holiday, wedding party or golfing trip. Lynroys Villa is situated on a residential street to the back of Benidorm in Spain. 25 km mins walk from two championship 18 hole golf courses (Villaitana Golf) also being close to Terra Natura/Mitica theme parks makes traveling to Benidorm very easy with a bus stop at the end of the street or a Taxis ride of roughly 7-10 euro's getting you anywhere in Benidorm. Grocery shopping couldn't be easier too with a small supermarket at the end of the street and ALDI 11min walk (see map picture for more local amenities).

private swimming pool, Children's pool, Jacuzzi tub, sunbeds, BBQ, cold outside shower, large gazebo and fixed umbrella's for shade. Family Holiday For All Ages

Great location peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Ideal for trips into Benidorm €8 taxi ride. We had a hire car but you could get away with not having one. There are restaurants a short walk away. The outside space is great we used everything and loved the pool. The bbq was great for the evenings. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had a couple of small issues that were dealt with very quickly by Steve - always only a WhatsApp message away. Internet connection good all round the villa and outside. Plenty of bathrooms !! If we were asked the question - would you go again ? We definitely would !!!

Benidorm Bliss

Villa was perfect for our family group of 9. Spent most days in swimming pool, playing pool and table tennis. We didn’t need a car and used Taxis to get around. Supermarket is within walking distance but is a bit of a mission if you have a lot to carry. The owner Roy was very accommodating, as we had to move our dates many times due to COVID lockdown restrictions. During our stay we had a few minor maintenance issues which were resolved immediately. Would recommend for groups looking for a quiet location within easy reach of all that Benidorm has to offer. We are planning to return again.

Great first time in Benidorm

Fab Villa for 9 of us, location is a taxi. Ride into town 8/10 euros. 24 hr garage at end of road and an Aldi 10 mins up the hilll. Also great Chinese near Aldi all you can eat The pool and hot tub are a great bonus which would suit families and groups alike. Beds are comfy and there is ample outside space to eat and spend time. We had an issue with the hot water but Steve tried his best to fix it for us and I must say nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending or booking with Roy and his team again. Our trip was 2 years in the waiting and having moved our booking twice with.no problems was great.. Thanks to you all . We will be back Julie and gang

Our villas are very special giving our guests all of the extras that most don't offer unless they charge a fortune .Our villas are the very best value giving you luxury at an unbeatable price.We have a fantastic location being close to 2 international golf courses & 2 amazing pitch & putt courses
much larger than the UK both 18 hole & well kept we are also close to some of the most fabulous theme parks Terra Mitica,Terra Natura
with water park & Iberia park which is a free to enter park. We also have some of the very best restaurants in the Benidorm area & all not over priced.The nearest supermarket at the end of the street at the petrol station open 24/7 or a short stroll 8/10 mins a Lldl supermarket for other enthusiasts we have a sports centre ,rock climbing & anything you can think of locally fishing, football, cricket.That is before you even think about going into town with all of it's unbelievable clubs bars & restaurants with it's fantastic shows
Oh really i don't think there is anything & i really mean anything you can't get in Benidorm.If you don't have a good time there you never will incidentally i haven"t even mentioned the beaches with water-skiing ,para gliding .Sorry to keep going on but that's what Benidorm does to you it's never ending
