Wonderful stay at Casa de Marbilla

My wife and I booked a short 3 night break at Casa de Marbilla. We had a fantastic time. From the minute we landed at Malaga to the minute we left the villa, Mary was hugely helpful and sent us the location on google maps so it was easy to find.

Once there, we were very impressed with the wonderful villa and grounds. Great facilities including the amazing BBQ area. As well as providing us with some basics like milk, bread and jam (and beer!), Mary had provided some charcoal so all we had to do was visit the nearby supermarkets in Coin to stock up. We used the BBQ every day.

The pool was fantastic but I enjoyed that a bit too much! Returning home with sunburn! In October!

The house had all you could wish for and was very clean and tidy. I bought some prawns in the supermarket for the BBQ but couldn't find and skewers but I suspected there would have been some somewhere in the house and sure enough there was! Mary has thought of everything.

All in all, we had a fantastic break and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to friends and we hope to return ourselves one day!

Coín is one of the most up and coming villages on the Costa del Sol.

Though it dates back to the Roman era, it is essentially an Arabic town.Situated in the Valle del Guadalhorce, at the foot of the northern face of the Sierra de Mijas and overlooked by the Sierra de Alpujata in the province of Malaga. Villages nearby are; Monda, Ojen, Alhaurin el Grande, Cartama and Alhaurin de la Torre.The town contains a number of places and features of interest to the tourist thanks to its geographic location at the foot of the sierras which make up the coastal range.
