Sleeps 4. 2 bedroom villa on 2 floors. Built in 2002 in the traditional style of the typical stone houses of Ibiza with wooden ceilings. Decorated with Ibicencan antiques and with an Asian touch.

Downstairs: self contained studio. Storage room and parking.

Upstairs: Main house. Big open terrace and spacious covered terrace. Brand new spectacular swimming pool with a very big terrace, and BBQ.

Upstairs bedroom with double antique bed, a 3 door wardrobe and beautiful sunset facing views. Downstairs studio bedroom with two single beds, double wardrobe, little fridge, TV, Sat. A/C, not communicated from the interior with the top floor.

2 bathrooms: Upstairs bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, bidet also with a window facing sunset.

Downstairs: En-suite bathroom to bedroom with small bath/shower, WC, bidet, wardrobe. Indonesian big wooden mirror.

The kitchen is equipped with hob-oven, tall fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, blender, cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc.

Best points about the property: 'New and spectacular sunset pool front. In the central-north of Ibiza, one of the last natural areas of the island, in an elevated position on a slope terrace facing the sunset over the valley of Sant Miquel at your feet. A new built house, built entirely of stone with wooden ceilings (savine and olive tree wood), with low doors and antique ibizan furnishings with an Asian touch. Large front terrace with chill out where you only hear the birds. A luxury house with the comforts of today. Just 4.5 km. Benirras the beach, one of the last natural beaches of Ibiza without ugly apartment blocks around. A only 7 km. the famous hippy market Las Dalias with daily activities. And the north is famous for having the best restaurants throughout the isla.

Hints and tips from the owner: 'For water sports, activities and good restaurants you have the beach of Puerto de S. Miguel just 4.5 km. and if you prefer natural beach but with 4 good restaurants on the beach, drums, breaking the silence of the sunset, you Benirras beach. If you prefer to play golf the Roca Lisa Golf only 12 km. and close to you the famous and exclusive restaurants of 'Ama Lur, 'La Luna del Horto', 'El Pato', 'Can Pau', 'La Masia', 'Balansat with his tradicional cuisine, etc. And the party of Ibiza town and its famous clubs: Pacha, Usuhaïa, Amnesia, Privilege, Es Paradis, etc.

I'm native from Eivissa island, and this 80000 m2 estate belongs to my family for centuries. My wife is English and we have 10 years old twin girls.

Please note that the outdoor teak summer furniture, such as sun loungers, balinese bed and downstairs table and chairs, plus the wicker pool chillout table and armchairs, are in storage from Nov 1st until April 30th due to high winds, rain and night time humidity which is the normal during this period of time The house has central heating upstairs and a warm/cold air unit downstairs. It's built with wide stone walls, in the traditional style, which keeps it cooler than brick built houses. Impressive cliffs on the Sant Miquel West Coast where the beautiful Hotel Hacienda is. The fisherman cove of Portixol 15 min by car. The slightly busier Port of Sant Miquel Beach with many restaurants, bars, pubs, souvenir shops, mini-golf, tennis courts etc. only 10 min away. Benirras Beach, don't miss the drum playing during Sunday sunsets. Fantastic place to relax, go trekking, enjoy the fantastic cuisine at the local restaurants. Discover the northern beaches such as Portinatx and Aguas Blancas

Perfect place in the hills

Lovely property in the hills. Perfect place to relax. The village is nearby with a good butcher and restaurants. Good service from the owner. And a really lovely designed house and garden.

Absolute Heaven on earth - in Ibiza!

Myself and my partner absolutely fell in love again here! The villa has everything you need. "A home to home" but with all the extras and more. The villa is rustic traditional Ibizan. It's very spacious and extremely peaceful. It has a mountain side remote feel with a stunning pool and outside area for BBQ entertaining or peaceful lounging. The privacy we had was just simply wonderful. And the views are breath taking all day and night. You are surrounded by the wildlife, sun and tranquillity of Mother Nature.

We would recommend hiring a car. There is ample parking at the villa. The local supermarket is a 10 minute drive away. And 20mins away from the Old Town, Harbour and nightlife. Perfect!

There is a self-contained "flat" underneath the main house with air-con, en-suite facilities and appliances. Good for older teenagers and families. There is also very good Wi-Fi connection on site (should you feel you need it!) and also a landline telephone. Which I thought was very handy.

The owners of the Villa, Josep and Leah are absolutely lovely. Professional in every sense and more than helpful and accommodating. Thank you for making our break so wonderful, we couldn't have asked for more. Beautiful people and place.

I would fully recommend this villa to couples and families.

Lovely villa with stunning views

This was a very pretty villa in a stunning location. The outside space was particularly good with a lovely pool, plenty of shaded areas to sit and relax and a lovely table for mealtimes. The villa is not particularly large inside, but this was not an issue in August as we spent nearly all of our time outdoors. Josep and Leah were very friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful with any questions we had. The pool also had amazing coloured lights in it which was lovely for night swimming under the stars.

Special place

Josep and Leah's villa is super. Josep built it himself, in traditional Ibizan style, so it is full of character. There are lots of places to sit outside, and the views over rolling countryside, and of the sunset, are fab! It's peaceful and rural, yet within a short drive there are beaches, villages, nice restaurants, etc. We really liked this corner of Ibiza, and this villa was a significant factor in our enjoyment. Josep and Leah were super welcoming and accommodating - thank you!
