NEW apartment and renovated rooms and new bathrooms; equipped with modern and functional elements; It situated 90 meters from the metro B Rebibbia (in 20 minutes arrives directly at the Colosseum); place near the terminus and stop of many bus lines. Nearby is a large supermarket and several shops. The apartment is easily accessible by public or private services (using the ring road or highway east). Availability of parking spaces.The area is very quiet where there are several supermarkets for shopping, restaurants and a few km on the Tiburtina many clothing stores. A few km away there are 2 of the major shopping centers in Rome, that is PORTA DI ROMA and ROMA ROMA EST where you can go shopping, or just walk in the shopping center, or go to the cinema. It is very well connected, the metro is a few meters away and in 15 minutes you can arrive directly in the center. Great stay in Italy

The initial property was being renovated so our host moved us to another apartment, whilst 1 bedroom les than the original booking, it was an excellent apartment, it had recently been renovated as you could still.smell fresh paint. Our host was on hand to meet us and show us the location and apartment. Overall a great apartment, location was ok as a base and metro was across the road so easy travel into Rome

Well sized property in good location

The property is a good size and literally a 5 minute walk from Rebibbia Metro station (from which it is 20 minutes to the Colosseum). Parking is in a quiet cul-de-sac. Federico is very responsive to messages and very helpful. Note the fourth bed is a double sofa bed in the living room.

As per description. Close to subway & supermarket (200m). 30mn to City center. Check-in & out easy.

Appartment was clean and with all equipments needed. Wifi ok.

Très bel appartement, moderne.

Très bel appartement. Propre, correspond aux photos présentées. Une cuisine un peu étroite et sans lave-vaisselle. Cependant le métro est à 5 min à pied,très pratique.
