It is an apartment refurbished located on the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms with bathroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 common bathroom, 1 small balcony facing the street and one terrace.
It is located in the Parish of Mercy (before the parish of Santa Catarina) and is near the Bairro Alto, Principe Real, Chiado and Santos.
It allows accommodate up to 8 people.
It is near the Tagus River where you can easily catch transport to Bethlehem.
The rooms have a double bed and the bathrooms have a shower base.

The house has a mezzanine allowing accommodate up to 8 people (3 double beds and 2 twin beds).

It has cable TV, wi-fi and electrical appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, oven, iron, hair dryer and other small appliances. The kitchen is equipped to make meals.

Our house has double glazed windows with shutters in order to prevent outside noise levels.

Tram 28 is one of the best ways to explore the history and the charm of Lisbon streets from the star to grace, passing by the main places to visit. The 28 goes to the door of the house. You do not need car.
Santa Catarina is located in the historic city center. In the surroundings there are some art galleries, several Fado houses, restaurants, bars, traditional shops, antique shops, bookstores and booksellers. The wheezing metro station is a 9-minute walk, and the Sodre pier 16 minutes.

Fantastic Property, great central location and super helpful host

A perfect location and apartment in the centre of historical Lisbon but in a street that was not too busy and noisy. Facilities very clean and full of character. We were greeted by the host and owner who ensured good communication leading up to our stay and also by message part way through our week to check we were all enjoying our time. We are certainly planning to return to Lisbon and will be keen to use the same location and apartment.

Great apartment, great host!

We are a family of four, (two adults and two kids ages 10 and 12), who stayed at this lovely apartment for four days in February. In short, we loved it and would highly recommend it! Communication with the owner and property manager, Ana Rita, was very accurate and efficient. Ana Rita was extremely helpful, providing us a list of suggestions for things to do in Lisbon with kids and showing us on a map where things were located and explaining the best way to get to them. She also allowed us to check in early to the apartment given our flight schedule, and would touch base occasionally to see how things were going. The apartment itself is lovely, exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. It’s very clean and spacious, and in great location, making it very easy to get around Lisbon. There is a tram stop right outside the front entrance, but you really don’t hear the trams at all. The apartment is very quiet. There’s also a bakery right beside the apartment, which was amazing for fresh pastries and treats in the morning at an extremely reasonable price. The apartment is on the second floor of a building, with no elevator. All in all, we would highly recommend this apartment and would love to come back one day.

First time in Lisbon

Me and my friends had a very good time in Lisbon. Ana has been an excellent host, very friendly and smiling. She was reachable, helpful for any questions we had. The apartment is in a good location for tourism. Nice restaurant and bar around.

Great Apartment

Great Apartment, great communication from Joao, always answered any inquiries promptly. Gustavo met us at agreed time and explained everything. Can't think of anything that I would change. Is a busy street but was quiet after 10.30 pm (traffic wise) Didn't hear much noise at all in the double bedroom on main floor at the back, slept really well. Fairly central, No 28 Tram stops outside, but beware, is always very busy, we didn't use that particular one in the end. Good little bakery next door, great for quick straight forward breakfast. Excellent restaurant further down the street Santelmo, be there before 7.30, or book a table. Wouldn't hesitate to return to the apartment, hopefully I will one day. Thank you Joao & Gustavo

Good location

This is a nice flat in a very good location - the tram stops outside and it's close to Cais do Sodre metro station. We stayed in Jan/Feb and it was a bit cold with just one electric heater, but I'm sure that wouldn't be a problem for most of the year. The apartment sleeps 6 but we were only 2. There's only one 2-seater sofa so I'm not sure how more would manage. The bathroom is new and clean, but the water didn't drain properly. Overall, a good place with a few little things that could be improved. Paola gave us a huge amounts of tips for things to do in the city, which was a great help!
