Casa Boscolo Luxury - Your 5-star House of Dreams

Casa Boscolo Luxury is a historic house spread over two levels, located in the historic center of Sottomarina facing the beautiful Venetian lagoon.
Completely renovated in 2017, Casa Boscolo Luxury maintains an ancient history that goes back over 100 years. Luxurious finishes treated in the smallest details by the Boscolo family for nothing intrusive or opulent but very balanced with a touch of smart technology.
The small outdoor courtyard has been equipped to allow guests the comfortable daily breaks in total relaxation, making the house even more comfortable.
The house is on two levels, where on the ground floor there is the entrance to the house through an armored door accessible with smart technology (no key but a simple code) and immediately we find a comfortable living area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen including an oven microwave, a sofa that turns into a French bed and a very comfortable bathroom in terms of size and accessories. In the living area we also find the storage unit for your clothes, shoe rack and home of the LG Lavasciuga. You will also find a coffee machine, a Smart TV 32 "and a Daiking air conditioner with a free thermostat and customizable temperatures.
To access the second level we find a magnificent staircase with cantilevered steps that leads us to the splendid bedroom. Oak flooring, bleached and brushed beams with natural details, fresh and elegant curtains will be the setting for your beach vacation. Here we find a 50 "LG Smart TV with all the digital channels available in addition to the Netflix on demanad. A very large wardrobe for all your clothes and inside, you will find well hidden and not at all intrusive a third single bed immediately ready and your safe. A small armchair and customizable climate control complete your relaxation area.
All windows are equipped with tilt and fly screens to allow you to decide whether or not to turn on the air conditioning and still remain cool on hot summer days.

Our 2 bikes complete your extraordinary stay, allowing you to walk along the long lagoon and reach the beautiful city of Chioggia in a few minutes. A few steps from Casa Boscolo Luxury you will find everything you need: restaurants and pizzerias supermarkets, bars, dry cleaning, bus station, taxi and private dock. In addition to the immense beach of Sottomarina where we have reserved an umbrella and two comfortable sun loungers for your summer stay.

Kleines Häuschen in ruhiger Lage

Als erstes möchten wir uns bei Romano ,für die Erreichbarkeit ,Hilfe und Freundlichkeit ,bedanken 💙 Das Häuschen ist mit allem ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet, denn es fehlte an nichts. Für uns war es täglich eine kleine Herausforderung den Ford S-Max in die Parklücke zu bekommen. Einen Tagesausflug mit dem Touristenboot nach Venedig können wir auch empfehlen. Welches wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt ist. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Relax assicurato

Cercavo una casa dove trascorrere qualche giorno in tranquillità durante i meeting aziendali programmati dal mio capo proprio nella zona di Chioggia. Dopo un po' di ricerche ho trovato questa casa a sottomarina a dire il vero spettacolare e studiata nei minimi dettagli. Ho pensato potesse essere l'ideale per potermi rilassare prima delle due riunioni alle quali dovevo partecipare. La posizione è ottima, vista della laguna mozzafiato, regala alba e tramonti incredibili. Allo stesso tempo comoda al centro e ai vari servizi di prima necessità. La consiglio per soggiorni brevi Di business, ma è sicuramente ottima nel periodo di vacanze per trascorrere settimane di relax a due passi dal mare.
