About this property

Sunny and bright 2nd floor apartment, situated among the olive trees near the Kontokali area. Verandas all around with ample seating to enjoy the sun. Ideal for families and groups exploring the island of Corfu, looking for a quiet & spacious base near the city center.

The apartment includes an attic with separate living room (with a sofa bed), bedroom with double bed ,wc, shower and balconies. The attic is open for bookings of 5 people or more. Since the second bathroom is in the attic, bookings of 1-4 people will have access to only one bathroom, on the first floor.

There is a 45 sq. meter swimming pool, shared between 5 apartments.

Close to all amenities including beaches, restaurants, super market, hospital and marina but also off the beaten path. It is 5km from Corfu Town/airport and 4km from Corfu port. Satellite TV, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, central heating, free wifi & parking, great views.

Landlords live nearby, making sure everything is always in top shape and working. We'll meet you and guide you to the house and give you the keys on arrival. You will find information on the area in the house in the form of pamphlets and maps. Car or motorbike/scooter highly recommended, however there is a bus stop 800m away. Private parking is available right on the property.

Casa pulitissima, spazi ampi e luminosi, balcone spettacolare. La locazione è ottima per raggiungere le spiagge , Ypsos e Corfù.

Eine sehr schöne, gepflegte und saubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, mit allem, was man braucht, sauber, gepflegt, mit Liebe eingerichtet, einfach total schön. Die Vermieterin Aphrodite ist ausgesprochen freundlich und sympathisch. Die kurze "Einweisung" am ersten Tag war toll und trug dazu bei, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt haben. Lage ausgezeichnet , total ruhig ,alles vorhanden was man braucht .Stellplatz für das Auto vorhanden. Rundherum hat uns alles gefallen. Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden unsere Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.“ Danke

Schöner Urlaub

Sehr nette Gastgeber, dir uns auch mit Tomaten und Feigen versorgt haben und sehr hilfsbereit waren. Die Lage war in Ordnung, Nähe an Kerkyra, 30 Minuten zu tollen Stränden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber bei unserer Ankunft, Check In verlief reibungslos. Es gab aber auch einige negative Aspekte, weshalb wir nur drei Sterne geben können. Die Beschreibung ist sehr irreführend. Es steht dabei, dass ab 5 Personen das obere Stockwerk noch aufgemacht wird und dort ein separates Badezimmer ist. Wir haben direkt nach zwei oder mehr Badezimmer gefiltert, diese Wohnung gefunden und hatten im Endeffekt nur ein Badezimmer, nicht Mal ein zweites Klo. Zweiter negativer Aspekt war das sehr kleine Doppelbett. Ich tippe auf 140 cm Breite. Wenn man ein normales Doppelbett gewohnt ist, ist es da schwer zu schlafen. Und zu guter Letzt das Wasser. Es würde täglich etwa Mitternachts abgedreht und erst um 6 Uhr früh wieder aufgedreht. Ist natürlich weniger toll, wenn man Nachts verschwitzt heim kommt und dann bei immer noch fast 30 Grad nicht duschen kann. Dies kam allerdings in der ganzen Umgebung so, so dass die Besitzer keine Schuld trifft. Trotzdem ist es für uns ein mega Mangel.

Very positive experience !

Wonderful new apartment, immersed in the greenery, in a very quite place, but not far from the main city, Corfù town. The apartment is great, very well equiped, spacious and bright; we didn't need to open air conditioning, there are windows in every rooms with good nets against mosquitos The terrace is lovely to have breakfast in the morning Aphrodite is a special host, very very kind and helpful, she gave also fresh cucumbers from her private garden ! Very very appreciated It' s necessary to rent a car, so you can visit in 30/45 minutes all of the magic places of the island Definitely we will be back in the future ! Thank you Aphrodite !

We are in a green and quiet area just 5km from Corfu Town centre and the airport, many activities nearby, beach 800m away, restaurants, Gouvia marina 900m, super market 700m, the hospital and pharmacies 800m way. Our kitchen is fully equipped and the bedrooms have big closets. Our external space is safe for small children, quiet and cool during summer nights. There is a 45 sq. meter swimming pool available for guests, shared between 5 apartments.
