Ruime, comfortabele woning in een landelijke omgeving dicht bij Alghero

De woning is ruim, voorzien van 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en een gecombineerde leefruimte met keuken. Alles bevindt zich op het gelijkvloers. Er is ruime parking bij de woning. Rond de woning bevindt zich een grote boomgaard met olijfbomen. Er is een ruim overdekt terras, voorzien van een barbecue. Dus volop ruimte en heel rustig. De eigenaars spreken, naast Italiaans, een beetje Frans, net voldoende om zich verstaanbaar te kunnen maken. Zij zijn vriendelijk en steeds bereikbaar indien nodig. Zij wonen in Alghero zelf, dus in de vakantiewoning heeft men echt alle privacy. Wasmachine, oven, kookfornuis, koelkast en een aparte kleine diepvries zijn aanwezig. Een magnetron ontbreekt echter. De woning beschikt ook niet over airco. In september 2017, wanneer wij er waren, was er geen airco meer nodig, maar in de maanden juli en augustus denk ik dat dit wel een vereiste is. De woning is ook een beetje gedateerd, maar wel proper en goed onderhouden. Voor ons was dit prima. Ook jammer dat er geen wifi in de woning beschikbaar is. Er is wel voldoende bereik met mobiele data, en dankzij het wegvallen van de buitenlandse roamingkosten, valt het raadplegen van online data best nog mee. Al bij al een gezellige en comfortabele woning in een rustige en mooie omgeving. Doordat het centrum van Alghero op slechts op 3 km afstand ligt, zijn de stad en het bijhorende strand makkelijk en snel bereikbaar, maar verblijft men toch op een rustige plaats, een eindje weg van de toeristische drukte. In Alghero zelf is er een hele grote (betalende) parking dicht bij de jachthaven, waar men de auto kan achterlaten en vandaar de stad intrekken. De ligging is ook interessant om uitstapjes te maken naar Bosa, Castelsardo, Sassari en de Capo Caccia Een aanrader voor wie van rust houdt, wifi kan missen en toch dicht bij een mooie historische stad wil verblijven.
