The beautifully decorated ocean view rental condo Ocean and Racquet 8304 will please everyone in your family. Overlooking Saint Augustine Beach, you can rest comfortably in this 2-bedroom condo. The rooms contain 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and there is a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. There are 2 bathrooms for the maximum occupancy of 6 to share. Both bedrooms also have a TV for your enjoyment. Easy access to the beach just feet from your door. This is a 3rd floor unit with elevator access provided.

Ocean and Racquet 8304 is in a great Central location with Saint Augustine Beach to the north, and Crescent Beach to the south. Steps from the beach, and minutes away from everywhere else. This location has everything you need to thoroughly enjoy your beach vacation. Inside our gated community you will find tennis courts, a recreation center, 2 swimming pools, and much more.

A onetime parking fee of $15 (cash) will be charged and collected by the onsite office at the complex.

Miles of endless white sand beach lays just steps away. Fun in the sun, or the tranquility of the night, it is always a wonderful place to be. Will you collect shells with the tide, or get the tan of legend? It is your vacation, at Ocean & Racquet, you can do it all!

Girls getaway

The condo was immaculately clean , spacious and adorably decorated! It was beachfront with access to the beach, pool and jacuzzi. The resort next door had a restaurant that was so good! It’s minutes from downtown and close to everything! I highly recommend Mango Mangoes restaurant as it was within walking distance and ridiculously good!

The condo was clean and well equipped. It was nice that it was walking distance to the beach & could see a partial view of the ocean from the balcony.

Spring break vacation

Our first time visiting St. Augustine but not our last! The condo was very clean, cozy and accommodating. Exactly as described on Vrbo. I was very pleased with the array of cookware/dishes as we prepared several meals there and had everything we needed! We plan on booking this condo again next summer as we loved the location , ocean view and ever turn it had to offer!!!! One thing I would like to mention however , we didn’t feel like the parking fee was warranted by the resort after paying all the fees up front to stay.
