Nice Apartment but Not in Barcelona

The apartment and location are great, but not in Barcelona. Nice area to walk to local establishments and located close to the train stations. We were not familiar with the public transportation and getting a taxi was a challenge in this area. Overall, I recommend this place but you should be aware that it will take time to get into Barcelona.

Nice Property with room for improvement

Property location is good. Close from stores, restaurants and metro. This is not in the "tourist" area, so if you want to experiment the real culture, this the place. (neighbors and local people are really great) You can walk and get a bus, train, and transportation. There is a huge supermarket nearby and the kitchen is appropriate for a family. Unit is good with a nice living room, balcony and dining area. Room for Improvement: Host communication needs to improve. We got the wrong unit number so we had to ask the neighbors and walk around to finally get there. (thankfully I speak spanish). Host responded only after a few hours. This could be an easy fix by having a template with checking instructions. AC Unit water dispenser needs to be disposed often, otherwise the water will go to other units (we got a call form the neighbors). Again, communication from the needs to improve. There is only 1 AC unit (Living room), only 2 rooms have small fans. This can be a challenge for summer (it was for us). Host could install in expensive and better fans. One shower was leaking, this was latter fixed by the host; however, this could have been anticipated. In conclusion, the unit is nice, location is nice, I would just suggest that the host becomes more proactive to ensure better communication and take better care of the unit.

climatisation

beaucoup de difficultés pour récupérer les clés , personne ne parlait français et mon dernier réglement de juin n'était pas enregistré la climatisation est dans le salon , et ne refroidit pas les 3 chambres qui sont au soleil tout l'après-midi .En plus , il faut surveiller l'évacuation de la clim qui donne sur le balcon dans un seau qu'il faut vider . appartement difficile à trouver même avec l'adresse et la plage à environ 500 m est un dépotoire et pas du tout entretenue , le quartier qu'il faut traverser pour y accéder n'est pas très recommandable et très sale , jonché d'immondices .

Quelques jours à Barcelone

Grand appartement avec 3 chambres (6 couchages) et 2 salles de bain. Le linge etait fourni, propre et les lits faits. Cuisine équipée comme il faut pour passer quelques jours. A proximité de Barcelone grâce aux transports en commun (tram et métro). La petite terrasse était sympa. Nous avons passé un super sejour pour decouvrir la ville. Nous avions choisi cet appartement pour sa place de parking car nous avions notre voiture. C'etait un peu compliqué à notre arrivée car nous ne savions pas où etait le parking et comme nous ne parlons pas espagnol, la personne qui nous a accueilli n'a pas pu nous répondre. Climatisation dans le salon mais pas sûre qu'elle ait fonctionné. Le quartier alentour n'était pas très touristique mais nous n'y avons fait que quelques courses.

Séjour Barcelone

Nous sommes restés 7 nuits dans l’appartement, il est très grand donc très bien pour une famille de 5/6 personnes . Quartier assez bruyant car mauvaise isolation… Il est situé en dehors de Barcelone mais les différents transports sont très facile à utiliser. Nefer est très sympathique nous avons eu l’occasion de se rencontrer !
