A beautiful well equipped apartment .

The apartment is bright and comfortable. it is well furnished and equipped with everything one needs for an enjoyable visit.It is conveniently situated close to the city centre. The service from Gerard and Corine was helpful and accommodating from initial contact to hand over of the keys.We would recommend this apartment to friends , it would be our first choice for a return visit to Beziers.

apartment infested by bed bugs (punaises de lit, Bettwanzen)

Due to the Corona crisis we had to postpone our planned visit in April 2020. First the owner did not want to hear about refunding or giving us a chance to rebook for a later date. Only when FEWO decided to give the money back to people, which booked during this period of time, the owner allowed us to rebook for July. When we arrived at the apartment, we realized, that there was no air conditioning in cotradiction to the advertisment. Summers in Beziers are very hot. So we had to sleep with open windows and a lot of street noise. But the worst happened during the night. In the morning we were eaten up by bed bugs. The owner did at first not care at all and then told us, that the beds cannot not be used until well after our stay ended. Not a friendly word, not offering us an alternative location to stay or God forbid to give us the money back. We just had to move out as the local pharmacist told us to do so without any delay for our health sake. We left the apartment with the profound impression, that the owner (he is renting out four apartments in Beziers) is behaving irresponsibly and it seems to be obvious to us, that he does not care at all about the well being of his guests.

Situation centrale

Charmant appartement qui a tout le confort pour un séjour bien agréable. Ce fut notre port d'attache afin de suivre travaux d'appartements sur la ville. Nous retenons l'adresse pour recevoir des amis !!! Idéalement situé au centre de Béziers.

Lovely apartment in a wonderful city

The apartment is comfortable and light. Central to the historic part of Beziers with easy access to sights, shops and the bus. I found myself just a happy staying in reading as I did getting out to see all the beautiful sights to see in and around Beziers. Thanks to Dominique and Corinne for their warm welcome and help along the way.
