The charming practical kitchen has a cozy breakfast bar and 4 bar stools, designer lamp, 4-burner induction hob, microwave, oven, cafetiere for making coffee, toaster, blender, electric kettle and electric juice maker, cups, pans, plates / cutlery, pepper, salt, olive oil, coffee, tea, glasses and a Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast bar is also suitable as a work desk.

In the bright living room with fantastic lake view is a 3-seater sofa with armrests and neck supports. This is also a comfortable wide sofa bed of 1.60 by 2.00 from which you have a beautiful view. Wake up romantic! There is also a relaxed swivel chair 'swan'.
There is Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, DVD player, radio, blue ray, music box and a card game. Safe available for your valuables.
From the living room you can enter the balcony through two French doors with large windows. The view is breathtaking! You can see the town of Bellano across the road , Varenna and Bellagio!

Fabulous Accommodation and Location

We had a fantastic stay in Acquaseria recently, the Apartment was perfect for us and our 7 year old son. The owner Anna was so helpful throughout the booking, especially with an issue we had prior to the holiday. She couldn't do enough to help and gave us lots of useful information. The Apartment itself is well equipped with everything you might need, very clean, cosy and we loved the view from the balcony - it was a little haven after a busy day out sightseeing. The local feel of the area added to our stay as we didn't feel like tourists at all - the local people were so friendly including the managers of the apartment who were nearby if we needed them. We had a car but there is a very good bus service and you can even walk to other little villages and towns including the beautiful Menaggio. Make sure you take a walk up the hill to St Martino if you are OK with hills and steps - it starts just across the road from the apartments - the views are well worth it and you can pick up lots of other walks en-route. We have already made recommendations to friends and family, we also hope to return again ourselves.

Amazing residence with lake view

We had a really great time in this apartment. The lake view was mesmerizing, giving a feeling of calmness. Everything was clean upon arrival with all facilities provided as described. For sure recommend this one.

Great stay in a great apartment in a beautiful location.

We had a great 10 day stay in Acquaseria in March. The weather was fantastic and our apartment was the perfect location for exploring the Lake Como area. Everything about the apartment was as presented and Adrian and Anna were very prompt and courteous in answering any questions we had. They are great landlords! The view from the living room is even better than the pictures. We were lucky enough to be there during a full moon, and the moon rising over Balleno on the opposite shore was fantastic. Public transportation is not a problem and you soon get to know the friendly people at Bar Carlo where you can buy bus tickets. The local wine shop is a hoot and buying very good wine from a tap still puts a smile on my face. Rosanna will soon become your best friend in town. Give Adrian a call and go for it! You'll have a great time.

We are Anna and Adriaan from the Netherlands and since 2015 the proud owners of 'Le Quattro Stagioni'.
Pick the day, that's our motto.
And where better to live this than on the beautiful Lake Como in the country of 'dolce far niente' .... We are culinary enthusiasts and enjoy the Italian cuisine with its surprising dishes. Adriaan is a culinary photographer and Anna is a violinist. We regularly visit concerts and exhibitions in one of the beautiful villas!
But we also relax in and near our apartment.
Blissfully reading a book on the beach (50m) and then swimming in the lake. We find the ultimate holiday feeling here!

Why they chose this property

From the bright modern Living and from the balcony there is immediately full view over the lake! There is free WiFi, garage, free parking spaces and a SmartTV with Netflix and YouTube.
The location is very favorable. At a distance of 50 meters you can find the lake with the beach.
The local facilities such as shops, bars and restaurants are also within a 5-minute walk. In the village itself there is a grocery store, a butcher and a greengrocer. The grocery store has freshly baked bread rolls every morning and everything for daily basic needs.
We like to walk and cycle. This environment is ideally suited for this. Many routes are well marked and well indicated.
A must is the walking of the 'Greenway' that runs along the lake.
The location of our apartment is located near the charming town of Menaggio (3.5 km) where the Ferry is located. This is the so-called. ' Golden Triangle '. The boat sails to Bellagio and Varenna. Beautiful places to visit.

What makes this property unique

A bonus from the municipality is the free water tap in the village. Here you can refill your bottle with delicious cold mountain water. Handy when you are at the lovely beach at the apartment. This area has an attractive climate. Mild with a lot of sun hours. This is characterized by palm trees, cacti and colorful flowers. Acquaseria is quiet for a relaxing holiday but still in the heart of the center of Lake Como with many facilities.
The location is a very good base for many attractions and beautiful walking and cycling routes. Bus stop at 50 meters.
Restaurant on the lake at 50 meters with delicious pizzas and other regional dishes. Welcoming people.
