Villa Isa - just minutes from the beach

The house consists of a living area with kitchenette and washing machine, bathroom with shower. Large master bedroom and bedroom with twin beds. The outdoor area consists of a large veranda overlooking the garden where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner in peace. Outside there is also a shower with hot water, a brick barbecue at the back where you can devote the best roasts that our island holds for us!
It is only 700 meters from the beach, 500 mt from supermarket / restaurant / bar / ATM.

Angenehme Ferienwohnung

Sehr zu empfehlende Wohnung um entspannende ,ruhige Urlaubstage zu verbringen.Freundliche ,zuverlässige Vermieter.Sehr saubere Wohnung ,ausreichende Handtücher zur Verfügung . Leider ,wie das fast immer im Süden ist ,waren die Einzelbetten im zweiten Schlafzimmer für Erwachsene sehr schmal.

Des propriétaires adorables ! Toujours dispo pour répondre aux questions ! Maison très bien équipée et au calme ! Pas trop loin de la plage à pied (15 min) petit jardin agréable avec barbecue Grande terrasse 2 chambres de bonnes tailles Séjour impeccable ! Wunderbare zwei Wochen in Villa Isa!

Wir - Familie mit 2 Kindern - haben im Juli 2018 zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Für uns war es ideal. Ruhige Lage auf den Hügeln der Costa Rei, die mit solchen kleinen Bungalows bebaut sind. Das Haus ist ein Doppelhaus. Durch eine dichte Hecke zu den Nachbarn ist man im Garten und auf der Veranda völlig ungestört. Zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer waren perfekt für uns und unsere beiden Kinder. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war für uns völlig ausreichend. Statt Klimaanlage gibts Ventilatoren. Gemauerter Grill hinterm Haus ist super. In den kleinen Ort mit Supermärkten, Restaurants, Metzgerei, Fischgeschäft läuft man ca. 10 min. Am Meer (toller weißer feinsandiger Strand!) ist man zu Fuß auch in gut 10 Minuten. Mit dem Auto findet man aber auch in Strandnähe meist eine Parkgelegenheit. Und drei Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung. Nicht zuletzt: Die Vermieter Sebastiano und Isa sind super sympathisch! Sie begrüßten uns mit einer Flasche Wein und sardischem Brot und Gebäck, gaben uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge und die Umgebung. Grazie mille, Sebastiano und Isa, für diese schönen zwei Wochen in Eurem Haus und für Eure Gastfreundschaft!
