Our villa enjoy an idyllic location, nestled on a tongue of land between Lake Esperanza, which is the largest natural lake in Majorca (continuation of the Albufera Natural Park) and the Bay of Alcudia, with a beach endless miles of 6 white sand and crystal clear waters, perfect for small children as there is to go far into the water to cover. With all the services and activities nearby for fun as a couple or family.

Our charming villa is its location: a quiet area next to the lake, beach and great supermarket. Less than 500 meters from the shopping area of Alcudia (Avenida Pedro Mas y Reus), which offers an all kinds of shops, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and more.

In our spacious living room you will find a double sofa bed, cheslonge in which to enjoy a 32'' TV with satellite receiver, DVD player and air conditioning.

The dining room is equipped with an extendable table design for up to 8 guests, serving exclusive evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge -freezer, microwave and conventional oven, hob, extractor central island, sink and dishwasher and all the utensils you could need.

Toilet downstairs equipped with toilet and sink .

On the terrace, embedded in the front facade of the villa have made ​​as a barbeque, where you can prepare delicious grilled dishes .

On our terrace we have a gazebo pergola with a natural teak table where meals or enjoy outdoor dining with exquisite lighting.

Our villa has a private garden fully fence, making it safe for children to play and it is fully illuminated at night. We also have a pool, jacuzzi and sauna in which to fully enjoy your stay .

Access to the villa is from the street via a private entrance Acacias pedestrian access gate or through the sliding door to enter with your vehicle.

From the entrance, through a staircase you access to the first floor, the master bedroom has a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, safe, air conditioning, direct access to the bathroom en suite with spa bath and private terrace of 9 m2. Through a spiral staircase located on this terrace, access a rooftop solarium of 60 m2. The second bedroom has two beds 90 x 190 cm equipped with air conditioning and double glazed window and cupboard. The third room has two bunk beds 90 x 190 cm. It is also equipped with air conditioning and double glazed window . In the hallway connecting the two rooms there is a bathroom that has a shower with natural stone floor and mud tub, sink and toilet .

You have a totally private parking where you park your vehicle safely .

The entrance to the villa is very light through the skylight that runs along the staircase that leads to the next to the toilet and hallway lounge access .

In the laundry room have a washer-dryer, sink and washing utensils necessary to maintain in good condition the villa.

From the season 2017, in Villa Spa II we have a fourth double room with bathroom en suite, only rentable by express request, and not included on the published rate.

An amazing Villa

My family of 6, my parents, 18 year old niece, my husband and my 4 year old stayed here and we had an amazing time. The Villa is clean spacious and has everything you need. We ate in a few times and the kitchen has everything you need and the supermarket which is a 3 minute walk is very well stocked. Carlos was super friendly and helpful. The Villa is in a great area and the beach is a 5 minute walk. I would highly recommend this Villa to a anyone. We will be returning next year. Thank you Carlos.

Wir waren letzten sommer bei carlos in der villaspa und kann nur sagen exceellente betreuung, alles hatt super geklappt bei der uebergabe,das haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet und in einer ruhigen perfekten lage wo man zu fuss in 5 min fast alles erreichen kann es lag direkt am see und 50 m vom strand infach super...

2nd time stayer

I visited Villa Spa last year and found the location and the apartment excellent, so recommended and went back with 9 friends. A warm and friendly welcome from Jose (even though we arrived 2 hours late). Quick responses both by email and telephone.

Apartment is clean, spacious and yet cosy. Beach so close, with activities/bars not far away. Location was excellent as we had privacy, felt secure and no noise pollution yet the restaurants/bars were 15min walking distance. We would definitely go back and are planning our next trip there next year.

Fabulous week at VillaSpa

We are group of 6 included 2 young children. Jose is very helpful host, always quick response to our emails. We were very enjoy our stay in this villa. The location is good, beach just cross to the road, 3 mins walk to the supermarket.

We cook quite often as we have young children, the kitchen is fully equipped, the whole place is nice and clean. highly recommended this villa for a family with young children.

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht.

Die Wohnung war wirklich mit allem ausgestatet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, nicht zu vergessen eine sehr reichhaltig ausgestattete Küche und sehr viele Handtücher!

Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge erlebten wir vor Einbruch der Dunkelheit.

Unsere Vermieter war super hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar.

Unsere Beurteilung: eine super gepflegte, saubere Wohnung

Une incroyable semaine!

Nous avons loués cet Belle appartement au mois de février et tout étais fantastique.Dans l´intérieur tout est nouveaux et les lit sont de très bonne qualité. Il y avait absolument tout se que quelqu´un á besoin pour ses vacances , (tv LCD satellite et internet gratuit !!) L accueil á été très gentil par Carlos , merci !! . Nous reviendrons sûre cette année une autre fois. Merci pour ces merveilleuses vacances !
