Possibly the best address in Nice, the Residences of the exclusive Palais de la Mediterarnee. The apartment is situated in a beautiful courtyard garden with direct access to the Promenade des Anglais on one side and within a minutes walk to the famous pedestrianised zone on the other. If you are looking for both a central yet tranquil location then this apartment is for you! Furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style which is both elegant and comfortable. The property has two double bedrooms each with their own balconies. The master bedroom has its own en-suite with full bath and shower and WC. Just off the second bedroom you have a shower room and a separate WC. The kitchen is fully fitted providing an electric oven & hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, lots of extras for your use are included. The kitchen has access to a balcony so you choose where to have your croissant and coffee for breakfast. The lounge has two sofas and dining area that seats six.
Additional Information: •In addition, there is a local handling charge of €135, payable in cash to our representative, when you arrive at the apartment. This is for checking-in and out of the apartment, provision of bed linen & towels and end of stay cleaning.
Please bring your own beach towels, however, there are beach mats and sunshades available for our guests use and they are located in the cloakroom cupboard.
Check-in and Check-out: On arrival and departure you will meet our representative, who will check you in and out.
We ask you not to arrive before 2PM on the day of arrival and to vacate the apartment by 10AM when you leave. This ensures the apartment can be cleaned and prepared for the next guests. By prior arrangement suitcases can usually be left if you arrive early or depart late. If we do not have a someday changeover then it may be possible to be a little flexible with times.

Our family traveled to Nice for a work conference/family vacation. This apartment was a perfect fit for us! The location is IDEAL - at the end of each day, I was grateful that our home base was easy to access and close to everything we needed. It was a quick walk to a variety of options - walk one direction for the heavily-touristed pedestrian strip leading to parks, shops, tram stops or walk another for hidden gems, small restaurants, bakeries, and markets. Being in such an easy location made all the difference, especially since we were traveling with a 7-year-old!
The apartment itself was great - exceptionally clean, well-stocked, bright, and comfortable. Because we had some extreme weather during our trip, we spent more time in the apartment than we had anticipated, and found everything we needed to make the most of rainy days. WiFi worked well, the satellite TV was handy for a restless kid, beds were warm and cozy, the kitchen was easy to use with all the basics on hand.
Overall, we could not have been happier with our choice for lodging in Nice!
Family of four stayed in this very quiet and clean apartment in the residences of the Palais de la Mediteranean for the first week of April 2018. Located a short walk from Place Massena, the Old Town, many restaurants and the main shopping districts. Front entrance of the building is on the beautiful Promenade des Anglais, the back entrance onto the vibrant Rue de France. Bus from the airport stops just outside the building. The two room apartment is clean and comfortable, has a back and front balcony one looking out over the central square and garden. We were met by Pat at the bus stop outside the apartment and she was extremely, welcoming, helpful and informative. The apartment is well appointed with all the mod cons. The two double beds are extremely comfortable. We would definitely return and strongly recommend the apartment to other visitors to Nice.
Return visit to this flat after a few years and still as good as ever. Situated a few metres from the ever chaotic Promenade but an oasis of calm. Everything you could possibly need is supplied. Welcome pack much appreciated. Thoroughly recommended.
Very central to the beach, bars,restaurants and shops
This is a beautiful apartment, modern and well appointed. Pat met us on arrival, and was very helpful throughout. Great location and very comfortable. Hope to return soon.
We could not have asked for better accommodations in Nice. Comfortable, spacious, fully equipped, secure and just steps from the beach.
This apartment is very well placed, not only are you just 15min by taxi to and from the airport. You will find yourself in France's third largest city. Blessed with everything from culture to art to night life and jazz. Food is one of the main attractions here, typical Nicoise food to Italian. Shops for every ones needs, the flower market held every day in old town of nice and for antique lovers Monday is the day for this. The beach has everything to offer for those wanting peace you rent your own personal sunbeds, umbrella and be waited on. Or those with children can spend the morning on the beach and afternoon hiring roller blades, bikes, etc. If you want to visit Corsica, then the port of nice has the ferries that can take you there. The train station is 15/20min walk where you can go to Italy or to Frejus. So Nice is the place to base yourself and visit all the surrounding areas, even the little mountain train can take up to the beautiful mountains and back in a day.
Other Activities: 1.5 hr from nearest ski resort so ideal for winter
Golf: This area is well known for golf and you have many courses that you can play on. Hiring a car is easy from the railway station.
Ski: This apartment is unique as we can offer the possibility for you to have your holiday down on the coast or for one day you can visit the ski slopes, a bus from the airport will take you to Valberg or Isola and return in the one day, you can leave the rest of the family enjoying the coast and you go and have a days skiing.
You can also get a helicopter to the ski resort as well this gives you more skiing time.

In addition to the rental, there is a local charge of 135 euros. This is payable to our local English speaking property manager who will meet you at the property, handover keys, explain how everything works and answer any questions you may have. This covers all cleaning, and linen and towels used throughout your stay.
Our local representative is also available during your stay should the need arise.
Should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, we will try to rebook. If we are able to rebook your holiday, we will refund everything you have paid less an admin fee of 10% of your holiday rental.
If we are unable to rebook your holiday dates your deposit is non refundable. If you cancel your holiday within six weeks of departure and we are unable to rebook we will NOT be able to make a refund.
We recommend that you take out holiday insurance which includes cancellation cover, to,protect you from this eventuality.
