Extérieur zone à éviter

Immeuble entoure de chantiers en construction près de la route centrale donc beaucoup de bruit camions quads. Voitures. Pas d’internet a l’intérieur , sol défectueux carreaux cassés et qui coupent les pieds..Le meneur devait être fait tous les 3 jours en une semaine rien. Bruit souvent très fort à l’intérieur.
