Clean & comfortable

Just returned from a fabulous week in this beautifully presented appartment. Really helpful meet & greet. Nice & peaceful location and spotlessly clean. Only a 15-20min downhill walk to Duquesa where there are some great eating places. Nicest restaurant in our opinion would be la Sal on Caserras beach.

Would recommend this appartment without hesitation and will definitely be back!

Amazing Stay

The property was as described, marble floors and furnished to a high standard. The view was amazing from the deck, overlooking a green golf course and the blue Mediterranean beyond. One of my favourite spots to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun set.

A car is not necessary, the apartment is within 15 minutes walking distance of Duquesa Port, the town of Sabinillias and a little further to the village of El Castillo, which all have enjoyable bars and restaurants.

The meet and greet service when arriving at the apartment was a plus and very informative. I highly recommend staying at this accommodation.

Coto Real apartment

We stayed at this apartment for a week in May. The apartment was excellent, well equipped and well located within a quiet block in the complex with a superb view of the sea. We only used one of the swimming pools which was great for our toddler, although a little chilly (probably to be expected in May). The location was perfect for visiting spots along the coast from Marbella all the way down to Tarifa. The port of La Duquesa, which is a five minute drive from the apartment, was a great spot for dinner. I would recommend this apartment to friends and family - so long as you are prepared to drive everywhere (or take on a hill if walking)

La Duquesa apartment

Excellent well furnished ,clean and luxurious apartment with easy access to pools and parking in the complex.

A fantastic view of the coast from the spacious balcony and the town, harbour and beach just 10 minutes away all in all I would thoroughly recommend it.

  • Notes on accommodation: The luxury urbanisation of Coto Real in La Duquesa Manilva is located on the New Golden Mile. The urbanisation has been tastefully finished, blending the terracotta facades with natural wood and surrounded by the pure nature of the Manilva countryside, The Coto Real apartments are often described as the most luxurious apartments in the area and it's easy to see why. The complex is perfectly located, a short stroll away from the town of Sabinillas and the quaint Marina of La Duquesa. The Duquesa Golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones is located nearby too. Gibraltar is a 30 minute drive away as is Marbella. A short transfer from Malaga (50 mins) or Gibraltar (25 mins) Airports and located within 5 minutes of either the new coastal road or the AP-7, transport links are fantastic at Coto Real. Outside: 2 balconies, the larger of which has fantastic sea views over the Med. The larger terrace also has Al Fresco dining for 6.
