The apartment is located in a historic building which has been renovated. It combines the beauty of traditional Maltese homes with modern concepts.

It provides a homey feeling, a well sized living room, embellished with beautiful lightning, new couch, dvd player, TV and mosaic dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new electric oven and microwave, all required cooking utensils, pots and pans. Hi speed WIFI internet is also available for free and cable TV.

In summer there are 2 fans that can be used for cooling and 2 heaters available for winter. Property has traditional high ceilings to keep the temperature cool and large wooden windows that keep the place well lit and airy.

About Tony

Hi,

My name is Tony and I come from Malta. I love travelling and over the years I have had the opportunity to visit a number of destinations mainly for pleasure. Now that I have more time at hand, I set out to refurbish apartments for holiday lettings incorporating those things which I thought were missing when I traveled abroad with a friendly service.

My son and I will be able to greet you when you arrive here and ensure that you receive a proper welcome informing you about those things which we deem are important to know. Please feel free to ask anything you wish.

Everything is literally within 2 minutes walk and I can't underline enough the feel good feeling when you can hear the sea and feel the fresh air in the morning.

Notes There is an aircondition in the main living that can be used to heat up/cool down the apartment. A utilities card will be given showing current meter read out and estimate consumption for your intended stay. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that this is not surpassed. Utilities cards can be bought for 10 or 20€. Outside: The property is located seconds from the beautiful sliema sea front where you can enjoy early or late evening strolls. We are served by Scotts supermarket in our street and a number of cafeteria and restaurants round the corner. There are also a number of Spas, lounges, lidos and private pools that you can attend. Utility Room: Cable TV, Reading lamp, hi speed wifi internet, baby high chair, clothes hanger, ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels are included together with linen for each guest. The apartment is provided clean. We kindly request to keep the property in good order. If you require cleaning during your extended stay this can be arranged against payment

Changeover Day:
We are flexible. Usually check-in is after 15:00 if there are guests leaving in the morning so that the maid can clean up properly.

Prices shown here are indicative and may change at last minute according to availability. You may benefit from 10% discount if you pay the full amount in advance.

Cancellation policy. Cancellations that take place 42 days from your arrival are not refundable.
Cancellations that occur between 43-90 days are refunded 50% of the deposit amount or 80% of full amount paid.
Cancellations that occur between 3 months and 1 year from date of booking are refunded 90% of the deposit or 90% of full amount paid if cancellation occurs 90 days prior to your arrival.

Check-in after 22:00 but before 01:30 incurs a €20 late night fee.
Check in after 01:30am - 6am incurs €50 fee
Late night disturbance fee:
Should we need to call at the apartments between 23:00 and 07:00 for reasons other than check-in and in particular due to negligence of the guest or any other circumstances which responsibility does not fall within our remit, a late night disturbance fee of €75 applies and shall be debited from the damage deposit.

If your arrival is within 31 days, full payment is due.
If your arrival is between 31-90 days, 50% is due to confirm your reservation.
If your arrival is between 3 months and 1 year from date of booking, 35% is due to confirm booking.
