This luxury semi-detached villa is ideally located less than a minute's walk away from the resort center, supermarket, community swimming pool, tennis court, golf club, spa, restaurants and bars. The garden is South facing with front line golf views and is overlooking the 5th fairway.

The villa is recently purchased and new furniture has been installed throughout the property, such as new sofa, dining table, king-size bed and outside furniture. New air conditioning units have been installed in the living room and both bedrooms. For your safety two smoke detectors and C0 monitor have been installed.

The villa has Free WIFI, a Flat Screen TV, DVD Player and access to a wide choice of Spanish and UK TV Channels.

The villa has a south facing terrace and garden. There is a shower for some refreshment, dining table for 4 persons, 3 sun loungers and a coal barbecue. There is a good sized 1st floor terrace and solarium, with a dining table with 4 chairs, where you can enjoy the sun and views.

Great villa and location...

Just spent two weeks at this lovely villa, which was very clean and comfortable and a real home away from home. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa, which is in an ideal location for all the resort facilities, ie shop, hotel and golf course. There are plenty of places to eat on The Boulevard (just outside the resort) and a particular favourite of ours was the delicious curry at the Shamrock Restaurant. We also took the single carriage train from Torre Pacheco to Murcia - which is well worth a trip!

A lovely villa

We stayed for almost 6 weeks. We are golfers and love to play golf. This location is perfect on the golf resort.

The villa was very clean and very well equipped with everything you would need to feel at home.

The owner has supplied a comprehensive folder of information regarding anything you would need to know about the area, which we found very useful.

The resort itself felt very safe as there is 24 hour security at the entrances. The owner could not be more helpful. He answered any queries very fast.

We loved our time at the villa and will definitely be returning.

Close to perfect

We stayed here with our teenage daughter the last week of 2015. I can only say that the Villa was great. It was very clean, well maintained, had good WiFi, a TV (didn't use it) and all necessary stuff in the kitchen. The beds were made and enough towels for 4 were available. We were a bit afraid of the noise as it is located on a main street but that was not an issue at all (on the contrary, the location is very good). The service provided by both the owner and the representative (Janice)on site was as it should be to have a worry free stay. In the living room there was a map with useful info on the region location of nice restaurants, etc. As we had a late arrival Janice stocked the fridge with some supplies which was really thoughtful of her.

So brief, if you look for a spacious villa, with up to date furniture, close to the shop (mini supermarket), the restaurant, bar and the golf club house this would be a good choice for you. If we go back to the area, we'll definitely rent the same house (if available). The Mar Menor resort is a nice location if you are into golf, next to the 18 holes course on the resort itself, we played several outside courses that are within a 30 min drive, try them, we specially liked Lo Romero, all had good prices on green fees (80€ for 2 with Buggy)

Fabulous holiday

The villa was in a brilliant location, very close to the community pool and hotel.

It was really well maintained and was very clean when we arrived. The resort is in a really convenient location, being close to Murcia and Cartagena and we had some great days out as well as some very relaxing ones at the villa. the air on was a godsend at night as it was really hot.

I would definitely stay here again. No complaints from us.

Just Superb villa

This villa couldn't be in a better location, less than a minute to the resort centre - it's great as we had young children who didn't want a long walk after a busy day at the communal pool. The villa is well appointed, very modern and spacious, with everything a family needs. Can't recommend highly enough!

In the neighbourhood there are many beaches such as La Manga and Cabo de Palos. Further you can find several picturesque coves such as Cal-Blanque and Cala Cortina.

Nearest airport is San Javier at 14 km, 15 minute drive. Alicante airport is less than 100 km and one hour away.
