TV/Sky, blu ray player, wifi and bose air play sound system. Master bedroom with en suite shower , double bedroom ensuite and twin bedroom with separate bathroom and toilet. Sundeck with parasol and four sun beds, pool area with outdoor seating, coffee table and two sun beds. Pool has heater. Patio area off lounge with bbq, parasol, table and chairs. Utility room with washing machine, clothes airer, sink, iron and ironing board. The villa is air-conditioned which also provides heating.

We are all involved in our respective family businesses and work intensely between our many visits to beautiful Salema, our very favourite place to relax, chill out and enjoy the tranquility of "Ocean View". We are also golfers who enjoy the many terrific courses nearby.

What a brilliant Villa. Perfect in every way👍

We had a perfect late summer holiday for the last 6 days. The overall villa quality and interior finish was 5*; combined with stunning views and a great location overlooking the beautiful small village of Salema, gave us a really memorable trip to the Algarve. We could have comfortably had another 5 people staying with us.

Lots to do, see and a great choice of excellent resturants along and near to the typically gorgeous Algarve beach in Salema. Didn't want to leave and will be back asap.... Jamie, Annabel & Charlie

Stunning Luxury Villa in Idyllic Setting

We stayed in this lovely Villa for a week recently and have to say the Villa is truly fantastic! It has been finished to an extremely high standard and is very comfortable to spend quality time as a family. You will want to return time and time again. The layout is perfect with bedrooms on the lower floor and an additional double room on the living level. The top deck has a stunning view of Salema and is a great way to pass the day enjoying the sunshine. Salema is a short walk down hill where you will find fantastic restaurants of al a carte quality. We had 5 star meals all week but our favourite which is worth a visit was Agua Na Boca. All I can say is you MUST visit and we will be back sometime soon. Thank you so much to the owners for creating our perfect holiday destination :)

As soon as you drive over the hill and start down into Salema you can feel the tension fall away and you start to relax. That first view continues throughout your visit and especially from Ocean View. The villa is in a quiet cul de sac set on the hill above Salema in walking distance to the village, restaurants and beach so you don't have to worry about the car.

The views are outstanding from the villa and sun decks. Brand new, contemporary style villa means living in the property is easy. Within walking distance to the village and the excellent restaurants and beach. Infinite number of golf courses within 5 - 25 minutes drive, including Palmeiras, Boa Vista, Espiche and Parque de Floresta. The area is also a haven for walkers, and cyclists.
