'Crow's Nest' is a 3 bedroomed character cottage on the end of a small terrace of former mine cottages. Downstairs the house has 2 large reception rooms joined by a double fronted wood burner. The spacious kitchen and dining area offer modern open plan living in a charming character space. The second room is a large lounge with double doors opening out onto a decked barbecue area. Upstairs is a family bathroom, 2 good sized double bedrooms and 1 versatile good sized bedroom fitted with a single bed with second pull out single bed underneath. There is also a downstairs W/C utility. The property benefits from a peaceful garden with views accross to Perranporth dunes and the surrounding countryside. Outside there is a patio and decked area with gas barbecue, perfect for summer dining and numerous options for enjoying the cornish sunshine from first light well into the evening. The property is accesed via a private shared lane and has level parking for 2 cars, with further room on the driveway. Bed linen, electricity, water, heating oil and broadband are included.

Activity and Interests
Perranporth beach is 10-15 minutes walk away or a short drive. The beach is very popular for surfing/kitesurfing and other water based activities. The beach is lifeguarded throughout the summer making it very popular with families. Within short drives are other stunning beaches such as Crantock to the North east and St Agnes and Porthtowan to the south west. There are also some dramatic walks along the coastal path.
Newquay airport is approximately 30 mins drive.
Truro station with direct trains from London Paddington is 10 miles away.
The A30 (the main road into Cornwall) is 5 miles from Bolingey.
