Apartment in Monte Carlo, Monaco - Views Over The Sea And Municipality. Climate Control Throughout

This is a lovely 2 bedroom penthouse apartment with extensive private terrace which enjoys magnificent views of both the coastline and sea as well as the principality of Monaco. The location is ideal and is within walking distance of Monaco beach, the Monte Carlo casino, Grimaldi Forum and Monaco harbour. The property was completely renovated in 2010. The interior has a range of amenities to meet the needs of even the most discerning guests, including a well equipped and newly renovated American style kitchen, handmade Italian furnishings from Stone International and a 42 inch LCD TV with BOSE surround sound and over 160 international channels, a Nespresso coffee machine by Porsche Design and automatic climate control in all rooms. The property has 2 double bedrooms, an open plan kitchen and living area and bathroom. The bathrooms has bath, shower and bidet. There is then a separate WC room. There is a sofa bed in the living area allowing the property to sleep 6 in total. Outside, the space is just as impressive. An extensive private terrace, measuring 90 square metres, enjoys views of the sea and municipality and is equipped with Bahaman style outdoor rattan suite and loungers. Palm trees have also been planted to add interest and style to the area. The property is located at the end of an avenue, famed for it's beautiful Baroque architecture and lined with cafes, shops and daily market. A private residence lift descends 9 floors below ground level to allow guests to easily go on foot to the Monaco beach, Monte Carlo Casino and Harbour. Everything is easily accessible on foot so that a car is not required. However, for those that do come by car, there is secure underground parking.

I am a mother with 2 young children, age 9 & 12 and a very busy husband! I gave up work with Procter and Gamble 8 years ago to spend time at home with the children. I have loved being able to spend so much time with them. However, with both children now at school, I was keen to start working again. I initially enjoyed managing two of our own holiday properties in the Italian Lakes which we bought in 2008 and 2009 following our first visit to the area in 2007. However, I have now started to manage holiday homes for others, not just in the Italian Lakes, but elsewhere in Italy through my website - I carefully select each property and ensure that I maintain that personal but professional service level that I believe holidaymakers are looking for.

Suverän terasslägenhhet

Vi tycker att det var en mycket fin lägenhet med stor terrass och fin utsikt. Allt stämde med beskrivningen med lägenheten. Den enda missen var att varmvattensberedaren läckte vatten, men det informerade fastighetsägarens kontakt oss direkt vi kom. Lägenheten ligger ganska högt upp och ca 200-300 m till Monacos gräns, men det var lätt att komma ner till gatorna nere i Monaco. Det gick en hiss direkt utanför lägenheten som ligger på våning 5. Sedan tog man den ner till våning -3 och gick ut och fortsatte till vänster inne i själva byggnaden(ca 50 m) tills man kom till nästa hiss. När man gick in i den var man på våning 8 enligt den hiss och då tryckte man ner sig till våning 0. Och sedan var man i Monaco. Min fru har ms och sitter i rullstol när vi skulle iväg nånstans och vi tyckte att det funkade bra med hissar och sånt. Vi kan rekommendera pizzorna som var jättegoda. Min största besvikelse var det riktiga casinot. Vi hade klätt upp oss i kostym och finklänning för vi skulle kunna komma in. Men när man in så var det folk med pikétröja och jeans. Jag pratade med en amerikanska som berättade att klädkoden med kostym och finkläder försvann för 15-20 år sedan. Enda man inte fick komma in med var, shorts och foppatofflor. Och det var inte så mycket folk inne på casinot heller. Utan de flesta var inne på casinot som låg bredvid det riktiga och var öppet dygnet runt. Vi hyrde även bil i två dagar på Hertz. Kostade 131 Euro och då ingick 25 fria mil per dag. Vi åkte en tripp till San Remo i Italien och åt pasta och badade. Dagen efter åkte vi till Cannes. Och där var det bästa badstället. Vi kan ändå rekommendera Casinot för det måste man besöka om man åker till Monaco. Sedan är det mysigt att gå i gamla stan och gå in i lite souvenir butiker och sedan avsluta med att äta mat på någon liten mysig restaurang. Badstranden är också bra. Men det är väldigt gött och ligga på terrassen och slappa också. Mvh mas och kulla

We are really excited to be marketing this wonderful penthouse. The location of this apartment is just superb. A very clever lift system means that the property is within easy walking distance of the Monaco beach, harbour and Casino making car hire unnecessary. The views from the large private terrace are wonderful and it's a great private outdoor space to relax in, sunbathe on or enjoy an evening aperitif or meal with friends.
