The penthouse apartment is within walking distance of the 5 star Tivoli Victoria Hotel & Spa and the Victoria, Millennium & Laguna Golf courses, while only being a short drive from the award winning Marina and beautiful beaches.

Enjoy the Algarve summer weather, relaxing on the provided sun loungers around one of the two swimming pools within the complex, set within landscaped tropical gardens and surrounded by grassed areas.

Younger guests are able to take advantage of the dedicated children’s pool and the separate children’s playground.

Fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard, the apartment has two double bedrooms with en-suite facilities and a large BBQ terrace ideal for sunset dinners. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, safe, a Jacuzzi bath and a balcony with views across to the marina and sea. The second bedroom has two single beds and a walk in shower.

The large, open plan lounge/ dining area (for 6), includes cable TV, sound system, sofa (that can be converted to double bed) and leads out onto the terrace overlooking the gardens and the golf course. A fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything guests need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Throughout the apartment additional features have been included to make a stay in the penthouse as luxurious as possible, including individual air conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge areas, under floor heating and heated towel rails in the bathrooms, while there is also

a spacious private entrance hall and a very useful storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Guests will be greeted with a welcome food basket which provides items for the first breakfast. Owners are local residents and therefore available for assistance. A concierge service can also be provided to ensure guests have a stress free and enjoyable experience.

Great Holiday Appartment

Alda & Hernani are great and helpful persons. Nothing was too much for them. Our purpose of the holiday was mainly to play golf and the location of the appartment is great with Oceanico and Vale do Lobo courses nearby. The appartment has everything you need also if you don't play. Nice pools etc. Really nothing to fault.

Victoria Penthouse!

In December of 2015, my husband and I decided we would like to take a trip to Portugal in May of 2016. We googled VRBO and found this Victoria Penthouse. We sent off a request for details and heard immediately from Alda. From that moment on we knew we found the place to stay in Vilamoura. Alda was very helpful and before you knew it we were texting back and forth exchanging information. We arrived on May 2nd with Alda and her husband Hernani welcoming us to their home. From the moment we walked out of the elevator to our private floor, we knew the right decision was made. Welcoming us was what I refer to as "the sunshine room" which is where I spent the majority of my time. Once inside the home, there was a wonderful welcome gift with fresh oranges, wine and cookies! The owners made sure we had the necessities for breakfast the next morning which was very appreciated after travelling for over 24 hours. Having spent the month of May in Vilamoura, in this penthouse, we would highly recommend this home. A car is definitely a necessity but well worth the expense. We really enjoyed all our day trips to all the villages or little cities in the Algarve. We seemed to have spent a lot of our time on the boardwalk in Quarteria. Thanks, Alda & Hernani for ensuring our time spent in Portugal was over and above our expectations. You are the best! Obrigado!!

Excellent customer service

Although my family and I were unable to use the accommodation due to other issues we found Alda to be extremely helpful and answered all our queries promptly and even checked out things we requested. He was a please to deal with.We will try to re-book in the future

Simply the best - a perfect place to stay!

From the moment I first contacted Alda and the information and help she provided, I knew I had made a great choice for our holiday. She and her lovely husband Hernani & beautiful little boy Martim were just so wonderful, warm and welcoming. They have provided everything you need for a perfect holiday from the welcome basket to their fantastic apartment. This is probably one of the best holiday homes we have rented with every luxury you would need and more. The swimming pool was so peaceful and relaxing and the whole resort had such an upmarket feel. We cannot wait to return and will recommend this to anyone looking for a great holiday. We loved the produce and fish market in Loule and had lunch at a fantastic restaurant, Flor Da Praca. We also found another great local place in Quartiera, A Gaiata, opposite the fish market. We simply cannot say enough about this amazing apartment and Alda and her lovely family. Thank you again for providing the perfect holiday.

SIMPLY the BEST!!! Wonderful Owners!

Where to start? Everything was simply perfect!

I'll start by telling you about the owner Alda. I've been travelling the world (and Portugal...Algarve region) for many years and simply put I've never had such a great experience with an owner as I did with Alda.

From the first email/Whatsapp communications to meeting her to our final farewell...she was amazing!!! Helped us out with everything, so much that by the time we actually met her, she seemed like a friend of the family. You will be hard pressed to find a better owner out there...ANYWHERE...

Now the apartment. It was awesome!!! Exactly like the pictures, very clean, nicely furnished and a really nice welcome package. We've had welcome packages before, but Alda went the extra mile...we had a bit of everything in the fridge, wine bottle and even a gift for both of my children.

Penthouse (last floor) is great with a nice view...lots of sun in the afternoon terrace...great barbecue...and even a hamac (which my children loved).

WIFI was great and air-con was a nice plus to have on those hot days.

Bathrooms are nice and modern and kitchen is updated as well. Overall this apartment is fantastic. Would live there no questions asked!

The poor area is really nice with a large pool and kids pool. Felt like a real resort pool area. You can also access the other pool on the other side of the resort which has a pool bar (added plus).

Car park is super easy! Underground and secure and you can have up to 3 cars!!!

Closest beach is the one from Vilamoura (Falesia) and its about a 5 mins car drive. You have parking around the area or a paying one right next to the beach.

For those who don't know Vilamoura its probably the best area in Algarve to vacation in for the money/value that you get. The area is really safe with great running areas, restaurants, shops and a great Marina also 5 mins drive from the apartment.

Vilamoura is the best place to vacation in Algarve and Victoria Boulevard Penthouse from Alda is the best place to vacation in Vilamoura!!!

We have such busy lives that this penthouse came to us as just the perfect place to escape and enjoy some quality family time. The place is bright, spacious and modern. The location couldn’t be better as it is in Vilamoura and so close to everything (Marina, beaches, commercial areas), but also in such an exclusive and convenient location. The private pools and beautiful gardens make this a perfect family getaway and the proximity to the golf course is a plus for any golfer.

Vilamoura is a special place, a unique leisure and recreation resort community where its lifestyle makes it feels like summer all year round.

It is a 5 minute drive away or alternatively is well served by Taxi and here one will find an extensive range of restaurants, pubs, bars and shops to suit all tastes, together with supermarkets and a range of leisure activities for the ideal family holiday.

Located in the central Algarve region and only 20 minutes drive from Faro international airport, the nearby N125 freeway, provides easy access to the water parks and to the towns of Faro, Loulé, Quarteira, Albufeira, Portimão and beyond.
