Sleeps 10/12 (4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms) - Villa Andromeda is a spectacular designer holiday home nestling in the beautiful pine covered hills of Las Colinas, just a 15-minute drive from Sitges.

This newly built house is finished to the very highest standards expected of a property of this stature. The interior is stylishly decorated and luxuriously furnished throughout and each room of the house has its own distinct style and unique character.

The room sizes are very large by Spanish standards and this helps create a sense of space and luxurious calm all through the property.

A major feature of the house is the wonderful panoramic views across the vineyards of the Penedes and out to the un-spoilt Garraf Natural Park.

Villa Andromeda offers over 1,000 sqm of attractive gardens complete with a fantastic 10m x 5m infinity pool that looks out across beautiful open countryside and distant hills.

The location of Villa Andromeda provides the perfect setting for a calm and restful vacation, and yet it is only a 15-minute drive along the beautiful valley road to the bustling seaside resort of Sitges with its abundance of boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and miles of golden sandy beaches.

The world famous and cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is just 40 minutes away while numerous other world-class destinations are within an easy day trip.

This unique holiday villa is the perfect choice for families or groups looking for a restful stay in a luxurious holiday home with real Mediterranean ambiance, while still being within easy reach of Sitges and all the attractions of Barcelona and the coast.

A car is essential for a stay at Villa Andromeda.


Villa Andromeda is thoughtfully laid out over two floors as follows;

Entrance Level

The main entrance of Villa Andromeda leads directly into the impressive open plan living area. This is where the living room, dining area and stylish open plan kitchen are all situated. Floor to ceiling windows along the length of the living area provide fantastic views across open countryside. The living room features a double height ceiling.

Sliding glass doors lead out to the wonderful spacious terrace that runs the full length of the villa and overlooks the pool area. This terrace has plenty of space for relaxing in the sun or for alfresco dining. The spectacular views combined with the setting sun provide a magical place for an evening cocktail.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and everything else required for a great holiday.

The dining area is elegantly furnished with a beautiful chandelier and large dining table that can comfortably accommodate theguests.

The living area has a large and comfortable sofa as well as a flat screen TV. There is also a chez loung area situated between the living and dining areas.

The first of the four bedrooms is also located on the entrance level. This is a magnificent master suite with a large comfortable double bed. This large room features a Jacuzzi bath and power shower in an open plan arrangement. The toilet is in a separate room next door. There is also a walk-in dressing room.

From the main entrance there are stairs leading down to the lower floor.

Lower Floor

On the lower floor of the villa is another lounge area with large windows that capture the spectacular view over the vineyards. There is a kitchenette and small dining area with a sofa bed that provides sleeping for 2 guests. This open plan area has doors leading out to the pool and beautiful gardens.

Attached to the lounge area is a double bedroom and bathroom with large shower and toilet. This bedroom does not have a window but has adequate artificial lighting and a portable A/C unit for additional comfort.

Also on the lower floor there are two double bedrooms with A/C and an addtional single bed. Both rooms share a beautiful red bathroom with a free standing bath and shower. Just opposite the bathroom is a separate toilet with sink.

There is A/C in all of the bedrooms.


Bedroom 1 – Entrance Level - Master suite with double bed, en-suite bathroom, & doors leading to the terrace.

Bedroom 2 – Lower Floor - Large room with a double & single bed, A/C.

Bedroom 3 – Lower Floor – Large double room with additional single bed.

Bedroom 4 – Lower Floor - Double bedroom off the lounge area.


Bathroom 1 – Entrance level – En-suite with large power shower , sink and Jacuzzi bath (no toilet).

Bathroom 2 - Entrance level – toilet & sink only.

Bathroom 3 – Lower Floor - Large shower, bath & sink. Separate toilet.

Bathroom 4 – Lower Floor – shower, sink & toilet.


The villa features a fabulous 10m x 5m infinity swimming pool as the centerpiece of the gardens. The pool is enclosed by a safety fence. There are two large terraces on each floor, both of which run the full length of the villa and offer spectacular 180-degree views of the hills and vineyards.

The upper terrace has a dining table for 8 guests along with a separate lounge area with coffee table and comfortable seating.

The lower terrace has a bamboo lounge area and another chill-out area with beach hut style loungers.

There is plenty of sun bathing space around the pool as well as covered spaces with shade from the hot afternoon sun.

All the rooms on the entrance level have access to a fantastic terrace with cool chill-out area overlooking the pool and gardens, and with spectacular unspoiled views of the surrounding hills.

The warm summer evenings are spent outside on this private terrace or in the BBQ area by to the pool. Both areas are perfectly equipped with lounge area and plenty of seating.

The private driveway provides secure and covered parking for 2 cars and there is also plenty of free on-street parking around the villa.


We recommend hiring a car in order to fully enjoy the local amenities and attractions.

Unfortunately, Villa Andromeda is not suitable for wheelchair users.
