1 bedroom apartments within a quiet and secluded complex that is situated in the town of Costa Teguise. The apartments are located on the second and third floor of a three storey apartment block and overlook the communal pool. Apartment 211 has Wi-Fi and 311 on request. There are no hidden costs unlike many other self catering apartments, you will not need to pay for your electricity/TV and satellite for example. Las Cucharus beach is only a 10 min walk and the nearest well stocked supermarket is directly opposite the complex. There are several good restaurants within 500m of the complex and the main square is just a 15 min walk away. Las Cucharus shopping complex is only 5 min walk and also has a good selection of restaurants and bars.

It has a balcony overlooking the communal pool and is only a ten minute walk from Las Cucharas Beach which is very popular with windsurfers and family friendly.

My husband and I live in England with our daughter and having been frequent visitors to Lanzarote we purchased the apartment back in 2006. My parents, who retired to the Island in 2000, manage the property on our behalf. Great homely apartment.

Excellent apartment, clean and tidy. Only a short walk to the main shops and beach. Also has bars, pizza place and supermarket on the doorstep, made welcome on our arrival. Nice pool and no rush for the sun loungers. Will definitely stay there again.

Very nice apartment with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable holiday... location is spot on plenty of bars and places to eat nearby beach just 5 minute walk up the road

All in all very nice holiday and i would recommend this apartment to anyone

A lovely apartment in a good location.

The apartment is comfortable and clean, fresh towels including beach towels were left out and a washing machine with instructions. We were met on arrival and couldn't of met nicer people, they provided fresh water and milk along with tea and coffee. The apartment has English TV and good WI-FI connection. The shared pool was lovely and quiet, it was cleaned every day and we recommended the apartment to several of the other people who were renting similar properties but without the great customer service that we had and they also paid a lot more. The location is great just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. We would definitely return, thanks for a great stay.

Excellent holiday apartment

Property is on 2nd floor of a well kept complex with the balcony overlooking the pool area. We were met as pre arranged outside the complex & taken up to it. It's a well equipped 1 bedroom apt with a clean, tidy bathroom, lounge/kitchen/dining area and a medium sized balcony. When we arrived the kettle wasn't working & we couldn't get the tv to operate. A phone call to the owner the following morning & he quickly brought us a brand new kettle and a coffee maker & called someone to sort the tv out. We were there for 3 weeks in April, the towels & bedding were changed weekly & nothing was too much trouble for the friendly owners. There are several bars & restaurants in the vicinity & the beach & lots more bars, restaurants & shops are about 15 walk away. Would thoroughly recommend this complex & apartment.

NICE LITTLE APARTMENT

Really enjoyed our stay at this apartment.....In a small block,nice and quiet, with nice little pool(which,unfortunately was a little cold this time of year) but clean and grounds well maintained.......

Easy access to plenty of local amenities,shops, restaurants etc....and easy walk to resort centre and beach front, which has a great pathway to walk the full length of the resort.

Handy to have the spar across the way and freshly cooked takeaway chickens from a little shop next to the apts. Also recommend the breakfasts at Ferraris bar next to spar.

The apartment has everything you need and is a home from home, a nice touch, that you are greeted by a family member who gives you lots of help and information. ....wifi and english TV was good...would definitely stay again as it is very reasonably priced...x

Fantastic, greeted on arrival by Norman as promised , shown in etc wife happy as washing machine present so all clothes washed before departure tv if wanted and Internet wifi etc perfect location for beaches shops restarants bars etc spar store right opposite so ideal for water shampoos deodorant etc no hills gentle stroll down road to basically everything highly recommend and we will Definatly be booking again !!!

Location

My parents own a villa within Costa Teguise so it was logical to purchase an apartment near by so they could manage the apartment in our absence. It is a family run business and we pride ourselves on giving a personal service. The apartment is located just off the main street of Costa Teguise and is only a 10 minute walk to Playa de las Cucharas beach which is well known within the wind surfing community. Costa Teguise is a family friendly town with clean beaches and an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants. There is a regular bus service to Puerto del Carmen and on a Sunday you can catch a bus which will take you to Teguise market. The Costa Teguise golf course is only a 10 minute drive away. Costa Teguise is only a 20 minute taxi drive from Arrecife airport.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

10 minute walk to Las Cucharus beach which is very popular with windsurfers. Costa Teguise beaches are all family friendly and predominately have a lifeguard on duty during the daytime.

Travel:

Arrecife airport is a 15-20min taxi drive. Car Hire is not essential as there is a good bus service to Puerto del Carmen. Car Hire is recommended if you want to visit the many tourist attractions that are located around the island.

Distances:

Located within the town of Costa Teguise. Puerto del Carman is a 30 min drive away or you can catch the local bus service. The bus stop is a ten min walk from the apartment.

The apartment is located just of the main street and is opposite the El Trebol apartments. There is a large Spar supermarket opposite which stocks pretty much everything you will need for your self catering holiday. The apartment is located within Los Carmenes resort which is a quiet resort of 50 apartments all of which are privately owned. You will be personally met upon arrival and shown around the apartment and my parents will be able to advise you of the hot spots on where to eat and drink. They will also be able to give you information/advice on the best car hire/tour guides as they have lived on the island since 2000.

  • Notes on accommodation: Large bedroom with a double bed and single bed with built in wardrobes. There is a safe fitted in the wardrobe and an iron, ironing board and hair dryer are also supplied. A well equipped kitchen which includes a cooker with grill and four hob rings, microwave oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker and steak grill, plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. There is a breakfast bar & 3 bar stools and a washing machine. In the lounge area there are two chairs and a double bed settee, flat screen TV with satellite and a DVD player. All towels including beach towels and bedding are provided. Bedding is changed once a week and summer/winter quilts are provided. Wi-if is included in the price Outside: Balcony located off the lounge and has a table and chairs allowing you to dine outside whilst over looking the communal pool and well kept garden.
