This wonderful old Coach house which dates from around 1810 is situated in the heart of the city close to Monk Bar and the medieval Bar Walls.York's famous Minster can be found approximately 300 yards away.The comfortable property which has full gas central heating, also boasts a log burner for cosy winter evenings, initial wood supply provided. Although all of York's many attractions along with its varied selection of pubs and restaurants can easily be reached on foot,the property has the added benefit of private allocated parking (for one car) directly outside.Tucked away to the rear of the Old Coach House is a private York stone patio area. Charming, well appointed, cosy and convenient cott

The situation in a quiet spot but within 5 mins walk of the Minster and City Walls is ideal. It is small but beautifully appointed with everything one could need for a stay. Comfortable beds, a well-provided kitchen and cosy lounge. It was an ideal retreat for a winter stay. Only regret not being able to use the courtyard: we shall return in the summer! Excellent in every way.

Gorgeous Cottage in a Perfect Location

Fantastic little gem!

My family of four stayed here for a couple of nights and it was perfect. It has a perfectly equipt kitchen with a washer. The bathroom is an average size with a bath and shower.

The evening was cold and we lit the fire and it was gloriously cozy. The cottage is a two minute walk from the walls of the old city. Super convenient. The cottage has parking which is a perk. Communication was exemplary. We will definitely stay here again.
