A beautiful Lodge and Loft set into the hillside near Watergate Bay, only a 5-10 minute walk to the beautiful beach of Mawgan Porth, 8 miles from Padstow and only 35 minutes from the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan etc. Gorgeous views from both the Lodge and the Loft, and finished to a high standard. You also have the optional extra of having breakfast in our Breakfast room in our B&B within the same grounds.

Recently built, our fabulous 'Loft' apartment sleeps 4 adults with one King Master Suite and a gorgeous twin bedroom. Commanding fabulous views across the beautiful bay of Mawgan Porth and through the valley to St Mawgan, sat up on the hillside, only a 5 minute walk down to the beach (maybe 10 minutes back up ;-)) this funky apartment has a huge open plan living and kitchen area with modern appliances and a gorgeous style that will make you feel right at home, relaxed and in 'holiday mode' from the time you step through the front door.

The Loft shares a garden/decking area with our small B&B, perfect for chilling out in after a long day on the beach!

We have lived in Mawgan Porth for 14 years and have been running our little B&B Seavista for 10 years, my husband is a Supervisor for the RNLI with the Beach Lifeguard Service, looking after all the beaches from Mawgan Porth to Crantock. Our little boy Barnaby is 5 - we all love the beach and surfing and feel really lucky to live where we do! x

Lovely homely touches - interior designed to impress !!!...exceeds all expectations !!! And ocean views to die for !!! cannot recomend this apartment enough , cannot wait to return …. amazing stay :o)

Mawgan Porth has always been a special place for us, it has the most beautiful beach with great surf and in recent years we have been so lucky to be surrounded by fabulous restaurants - also for those of you who like a bit of pampering we have the most wonderful spas just a stones throw away - we also have a lovely therapist who offers treatments in the Lodge and Loft for the ultimate in relaxation!

We are a 5-10 minute walk to the beach of Mawgan Porth, or a 5 minute drive to the famous Watergate Bay Beach. Other surf beaches are a short distance away and the calm coastal villages on the South Coast from 30 minutes drive.


Newquay Airport only a 5 minute drive from here, they offer Car Hire or we are only too happy to provide transfers.

Car Hire is recommended as public transport in Cornwall can be rather long winded


There are a couple of shops in Mawgan Porth with a very well stocked convenience store, ice cream and beach goods shop. There are some great eateries close by including a few fabulous 'local's secret spots!'

Padstow is only 8 miles away, as is Newquay in the other direction. Truro around a 30 minute drive from here

Seavista is in one of Cornwall’s best locations to explore the beautiful county. It is centrally positioned between two of the region’s most popular towns, just 4 miles to Newquay and 8 miles to Padstow and surrounded by golden sandy beaches, the best coastline in the UK and lots of things to do and see.

Head north to Padstow and Tintagel, east to the Eden Project, south to Falmouth and west to Lands’ End. Discover the hidden treasures of Cornwall aboard the historic railways, cycle along the mineral tramways, or ferry hop between the great gardens and waterside towns of the south coast. Whichever way you wander you won’t have to stray far to embark on a day trip that will blow you away!

Our property Seavista has changed a lot over the years from when we bought it over 10 years ago, but the reason we bought the property was 100% the view and that has not changed! And we never get bored of the changing landscapes with the seasons and the sea calm or stormy always an amazing sight!
