Outside: The balcony has a table and 4 chairs. The swimming pool is shared with the rest of the apartments. Utility Room: Washing machine and area to dry clothes. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included in the price and are changed once a week for stays over 2 weeks. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost payable locally. Other: Entrance door leads into a small hall with Lounge and Main Bedroom to the left, Kitchen directly in front of you and 2 bedroom off to the right with the second bathroom. Late Arrivals charge: After 10pm 30 euros After 12pm 50 euros No arrivals or departures on SUNDAY without prior permission.

Excellent apartment in a great location

Very comfortable and well appointed apartment only a 5 minute stroll to the beach & seafront. It was ideal as it was a private, accessible & fairly quiet location. We had a comfortable & relaxed week there.

A great apartment in a fantastic location.

This is a very modern, light, bright and spotlessly clean 3rd floor apartment - it is spacious and the interior will not disappoint. We were a family of 5 and found the interior to be spot on - wifi and british t.v for the teenagers and 2 bedrooms and bathroom which can be closed off from the main living space and master bedroom and ensuite (meant the teenagers could have a lie in without noise from living area disturbing them!). All 3 bedrooms were large, clean and functional - bathrooms and kitchen all new. Cannot think of anything that was lacking - owner even left a couple of umbrellas - we needed them one day! Upon arrival we were met by Vicky - very friendly and amenable English lady who lives in Puerto Pollensa - she handed over the keys, showed us around and told us to contact her if we needed anything during our stay. Nice to have somebody who can help out if needed - although we didn't. We loved our stay - the location of the apartment is its best selling point as you are within walking distance of the beach (one road away), shops, restuarants, bus stops and a car really is not required. Pool at the rear of the property is small and unheated but just the ticket for the kids at the end of a day on the beach. Highly recommend the fresh deli in the opposite road (fantastic take away food including wonderful roast chicken and paella) together with local bakeries for breakfast treats. This is an easy holiday, plenty to do given its central location and good dealings with owner. Cannot fault and will book again for sure.

Clean , large modern 3rd floor apartment 5 mins from the beach , restaurants and shops

Great place to stay in Puerto Pollensa especially for families with teenagers as so close to the Pine Walk and the Square . Nice view of the mountains from the main balcony and from the rear balcony you can see the sea over the rooftops . The apartment has a good cooling/heating system and everything you need . The main large bedroom / ensuite with a bath is off the living area and the other two twin bedrooms at the back share a bathroom with shower .Beds are comfy as well . There is also an underground parking space allocated which is handy and also a lift . As with any accommodation in the Port in such a central location there is a small amount of noise from local bars etc which is only to be expected .

Overall one of the better quality apartments available for rent that we have stayed in over the years in Puerto Pollensa .

Lovely apartment

Great position and within walking distance to the centre and the beech, had everything we needed . Elevator a bonus as my husband and I can not manage stairs, and the resort is flat, ( only downside balcony chairs not very comfortable ) apartment very clean and well equipped . We have been to Porto Pollenca many times but first time in the centre and without a car but buses run frequently lots of lovely restaurants . Would recommend this apartment .

A gem of an apartment in great location

This is the very best you can get! Immaculate apartment with balconies, two bathrooms and all the features and facility anyone would want or need on their holiday.

The apartment is about 250 steps from the beach and very close to everything that Puerto Pollensa has to offer. The flat is quiet, with a lift and on the third floor.

We loved it! 10/10 😀

Coast/Beach:

The beach is less than 2 mins walk from the apartment. There are also a number of beautiful coves within driving distance.

Travel:

The airport is in Palma approx 45 drive from the resort. A car is not needed as the apartment is in a central location.

Distances:

The Old town of Pollensa is approx 5 km away as is the town of Alcudia. The beautiful beach of Cala sant Vicente is approx 6 km.

Further Details:

This apartment is located in the perfect position for all of your holiday requirements. Close to the beach and main square where you will find a selection of restaurants, shops and bars.
